本文从集群存在的现实问题出发,提出在集群发展的不同生命周期阶段内,集群根植(包括地理的、制度的、社会的、认知的)不同程度的缺位,使得集群经济行为主体难以内嵌于社会关系和文化制度土壤中形成有效互动发展,失去了集群作为地方生产系统“吸引并黏附着流动着的财富”的优势。在此基础上本文提出集群根植是研究产业集群发展的有效切入点,然后通过根植黑箱的打开和集群生命周期阶段的划分将研究推进一步,再结合案例讨论各类根植在集群不同发展阶段的作用机理,最后讨论在集群不同生命周期阶段如何培育各类根植的政策建议。全文一共分为八个部分: 第一部分是引言,提出集群根植与集群发展关系的问题,并对研究方法、创新点等进行说明。 第二部分是集群概念的界定、集群根植的综述和集群生命周期的综述,借鉴Tichy G的集群生命周期理论,将集群生命周期分为初建期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期和再生期。 第三部分结合经济社会学理论,对集群的根植进行分析,包括根植优势和根植维度的划分,为下文的进一步研究提供铺垫。 第四、五、六部分是结合案例分析集群不同生命周期阶段各种根植形态对集群发展的作用。包括集群初建期根植与集群发展,集群成长期根植与集群发展,集群成熟期根植与集群发展。 第七部分是政府在集群生命周期不同阶段对各类根植的培育,具有一定的现实意义。 第八部分为论文小结,总结全文的主要观点,以及需进一步研究的问题。
Based on the problem of the cluster, this thesis puts forward the shortness of embeddedness including social embeddedness , institutional embeddedness ,cognitive embeddedness and geographical embeddedness, which make the cluster lose the advantage of sticking to the fortune .It is hard for the cluster to develop. So this thesis considers that the embeddedness is a good way to analysis the development of the cluster. It opens the "black box" of the embeddedness and carves up the lifecycle of the cluster. Then, combining the cases it discusses how the different embeddedness acts on the cluster. At last it canvass the policy about how to build all kinds of embeddedness. There are eight parts in this thesis in all.The preface puts forward the relation of embeddedness and cluster, explains the practical value and research methods.The second part reviews and evaluates the concept of the cluster , embeddedness and lifecycle of the cluster. Using the theory of Tichy G for reference ,This thesis will divide the lifecycle of cluster into the formative phase, the growth phase, the maturity phase and the petrify phase.Combining the theory of social economics, the third part analysises the advantage of embededness and opens the "black box" of embeddness.Ground on each phrase of the lifecycle, next three parts explain the action between the different embeddedness and cluser.The seventh part gives out the policy suggestion about how to build the embeddedness.The eighth part is the conclusion of the thesis .It also touches upon the future research aspects.
