战争是一场巨大的物质消耗，军事斗争固然与战略战术有关，但其胜负最终取决于双方物质力量的对比。在战争年代，粮食是关系到战争胜负的重要物质之一，而太平天国粮食仓储供应制度在太平天国革命中扮演了极为重要的角色。本文对太平天国的粮食仓储供应制度作了较为全面的探讨和论述，这对于今天粮食仓储企业的生存和发展也具有很有益的启示。 全文共分前言、正文、结束语三部分。 前言主要说明论文选题的历史意义及其研究概况，阐述整篇文章的角度和思路。 正文共分四章：第一章较为深入地探讨了太平天国粮食仓储供应制度的起源；第二章论述了太平天国粮食物资的来源，对其中作为佐证的文物如贡单、粮凭、田凭等尝试着进行了一些考证和分析；第三章是论文的重点，着重探讨了太平天国粮食仓储供应制度的特点、管理体系和具体实施，并与清政府的粮食仓储供应制度进行了初步的比较研究；第四章主要论述了太平天国粮仓供应制度与太平天国政权的命运两者之间的关系。着重分析了太平天国粮食仓储供应匮乏的主观原因和客观原因，从而昭示了粮食仓储供应匮乏是太平天国革命失败的重要原因之一这一主题。 结语总结了太平天国粮食仓储供应制度对今天有关部门和粮食仓储企业提供的几个有益的启示，以期为今天粮食仓储企业的生存和发展做出一些微薄的奉献。
The war is an immense material consuming. Although the military struggling is still of concern to strategies and tactics ,its final victory eventually depends on contrasts of material power in the two sides . In the age of war, the grain is one of the most important materials which are connected with the war"s victory or failure. The grain barn"s institutions of Tai Ping Heavenly Kingdom(1851-1864) played a most important role in Tai Ping revolution. This paper comprehensively investigates and expounds the grain barn"s institutions of Tai Ping Heavenly Kingdom(1851-1864),which is still helpful to the survival and development of today"s grain barn enterprises.This paper consists of introduction ,text and conclusion.In the introduction ,the author mainly analyzes the significance of the title ,sets forth the angle of thinking adopted in the paper and proves its feasibility.The text is made up of four sections. In the first section, the author mainly mentions on origin of the grain barn"s institutions of Tai Ping Heavenly Kingdom(1851-1864). In the second section, the author expounds on resources of the grains and other materials in the Tai Ping revolution, trying to do some textual researches about historical relics such as tribute bills, grain lists and soil certificates. The third section is the emphasis of the paper. The author emphatically analyzes peculiarities, management systems and concrete implements of the grain barn"s institutions in Tai Ping Heavenly Kingdom, initially making a contrast research between it and the Qing Dynasty"s grain barn institutions. In the fourth section, the author explores relations between the grain barn"s institutions and the fate of Tai Ping Heavenly Kingdom, emphatically analyzing subjective and objective reasons why the Tai Ping Heavenly Kingdom"s grain supplies are insufficient, indicating a theme that it is an important reason why the Tai Ping revolution failed in the end.The conclusion outlined several beneficial inspirations that the grain barn"s institutions of Tai Ping Heavenly Kingdom had provided to today"s concerned, departments and grain barn enterprises, in order that we could make some minute contributions to the survival and development of today"s grain barn enterprises.
