可持续发展作为一种新型的发展观,是人类在总结正反两方面经验和教训的基础上,重新审视经济发展与生态环境功能相互关系的结果,是人类进一步深化对发展的认识的标志。党的是十一届三中全会以来,市场取向的农村改革把中国带入了一个大变革的时代,农村居民以家庭为基础,在这个大变革的年代,审慎地选择自己的就业方式,一部分农村居民已经脱离农业生产或者已不再依靠农业收入来维持家庭生活,农业兼业化成为一个普遍的事实。本研究拟以农村居民就业选择作为一个切入点,以农户为分析单位,来研究农村居民不同就业情况对农业生产、发展的影响;并在此基础上,力图设计出我国农村居民在农业可持续发展框架下的就业模式,进一步推动农业的可持续发展问题的解决,以期促进我国农业、农村经济的进一步发展。全文共包括六章。 第一章导论本章主要阐述了论文的研究背景和研究目的,对国内外有关农村居民就业与农业可持续发展的研究动态进行了综述,界定了本文的研究范围,明确了研究方法和思路。 第二章研究的理论基础本章主要是对农户经济行为基本理论与农户理性争论,以及众多学者对关于农村居民就业类型的论述。主要介绍了“组织生产学派”、“理性小农学派”、“阶级关系学派”和“历史主义学派”。阐述了关于农民理性以及中国农民理性的争论,并对本文研究的基础——农村居民就业类型作以界定。 第三章农业可持续发展与农村居民就业相关因素分析本章主要阐述了可持续发展的起源、定义;农业可持续发展的目标、影响因素;中国农业可持续发展的目标和进程,最后对农村居民就业状况影响农业可持续发展因素给予界定,为下一章的数据分析奠定理论基础。 第四章农村居民就业现状影响农业可持续发展的实证分析首先,本文对样本的选取原因及样本村概括作以介绍;其次按照农业生产投资、农业劳动力投入、土地的利用度三个方面对样本资料进行了回归、对比分析。分析结果发现农户经济收入比较好,为农业可持续发展创造了条件;农户家庭成员就业多样化,为提高农业生产的效率和效益创造了条件;养殖业的收益比较高,农户愿意投入养殖业,同时引起种植业投入的增加;兼业户种植业投入相对年总收入比纯农户低;劳动力整体素质高;耕地对农户的基本生活具有很强保障作用。 第五章基于农业可持续发展的农村居民就业模式本章首先对当前农村居民就业模式进行概述,其次在“三阶递进”劳动力转移模式的基础上,融入可持续发展思想,构建了基于农业可持续发展的农村居民就业模式——“三阶循环递进”模式,以期促进

This research draws up by the countryside inhabitant gets employed the choice to take a breakthrough point, take the peasant household as the analysis unit, studies the rural inhabitant to get employed differently the situation to the agricultural production, the development influence; And in this foundation, tries hard to design our country rural inhabitant"s under agricultural sustainable development frame employment pattern, further impels agricultural the sustainable development question solution, promotes our country agriculture and rural economy further development by the time. The full text altogether includes six chapters. Chapter one, which is the part of introduction, explain the research background and purpose, and briefly reviews performance evaluation of rural inhabitants’employment and agricultural sustainable development question research in home and abroad. It also clearly purposes the research approach and the ways of thinking, and puts forward some possible innovations. Chapter two, research rationale this chapter mainly is argued to the peasant household economic activities elementary theory and the peasant household rationality, as well as gets employed the type elaboration about the multitudinous scholars to the rural inhabitant. This chapter introduced“the organization produces the school of thought”,“Rational small farmer school of thought”,“The social class relates the school of thought”and“the historical principle school of thought”four schools of thought. Elaborated about the farmer rationality as well as the Chinese farmer"s rational argument, and the foundation - - rural inhabitant who studies to this article gets employed the type to do limits.
