旅游管理专业是实践性、应用性非常强的专业,当前旅游企业对毕业生的动手能力和综合素质提出更高更新的要求,对于人才的实际操作和动手能力越来越重视,因此,在旅游管理专业人才培养中,实践教学是整个学生培养过程中的重要环节。本文在分析旅游管理专业实践教学发展现状的基础上,提出应运用多种手段,全力培养学生的实践能力,进行旅游实践教学的改革。其次,对旅游管理专业实践教学的教学层次、实践教学模式和实践教学的系统构成进行了详细的分析,在分析的基础上,从目标体系、内容体系、条件体系、管理体系、评价体系五个方面构建了旅游管理专业实践教学体系。最后,提出了从推进实践教材建设、加强实践教学师资队伍建设以及加强校内外实践基地建设三方面保障实践教学顺利实施的各项措施。
Tourism Management attaches great emphasis to the practice and application. The current tourism enterprises update the requirements for the practical ability and over-all quality of the graduates, and pay great attention to their actual operation and manipulative ability. Therefore, practical teaching plays an important part in the teaching system of tourism management. Based on the analysis of the current situation of tourism management practical teaching, this paper puts forward the various means to cultivate the students" practice ability and to reform the practical teaching. Secondly, after giving a detailed analysis of the levels, the modes and the systems of practical teaching, this paper tries to construct the system of tourism management practical teaching from the point of the target system, content system, conditions system, management system and evaluation system. It finally puts forward the measures to accomplish the practical teaching: to promote the teaching materials, to enhance the teaching staff and to build the teaching bases.
