论文标题:甘肃省高校毕业生就业问题分析与对策研究 Analysis and Research on the Employment Problems of University Graduates in Gansu Province 论文作者 论文导师 蔡宝来,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 教育学原理 论文单位 西北师范大学,点击次数 98,论文页数 54页File Size5543K 2007-11-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_272914177/ university graduate employment;; current status of employment;; hardship of employment;; the countermeasures of employment 随着全国普通高校毕业生规模逐年增加,大学生就业难已成为我国高等教育大众化所面临的一个棘手问题。甘肃省为处于我国西北地区的经济及教育相对落后的省份,从理论上来说,在西部大开发的浪潮中急需各类人才,但在对甘肃省高校毕业生的就业现状分析中,作为具有知识、技术载体的人力资源——高校毕业生就业难的问题却比东部发达省市更为突出。本论文综合运用相关的高等教育学、经济学、社会学和管理学等多学科理论知识,以甘肃省普通高校之一兰州交通大学为例对甘肃省高校毕业生的就业现状及市场需求进行分析,探究甘肃省高校毕业生就业难的原因,通过借鉴国内外高校毕业生就业理论及成功经验,提出破解甘肃省高校毕业生就业难的对策与建议。 本论文从以下四个方面进行了分析和研究。第一部分说明了课题研究的背景、意义,相关研究综述以及研究方法和思路。第二部分对甘肃省高校毕业生就业现状进行分析。首先对甘肃省近年来高校毕业生总量及年增长率进行了统计分析;通过高等教育大众化对甘肃省经济增长的促进作用、劳动力就业量与劳动力价格关系分析了就业市场对高校毕业生的需求;从当前甘肃省的经济结构情况说明了高校毕业生就业难的现状;最后以兰州交通大学为例,探究了高校就业率、就业质量与学历层次、专业结构、性别及所在行业的关系。第三部分分析了甘肃省大学毕业生就业难的成因。从经济环境、产业结构、政府管理体制等方面分析了造成高校毕业生就业难的社会环境因素;从高校教育结构、就业指导教育等角度分析了造成就业难的高校教育因素;通过问卷调查方式从就业期望、职业的价值取向、就业形势认识等方面分析了影响就业的主体因素。第四部分提出解决甘肃省高校毕业生就业难的对策。论文根据甘肃省的实际情况,从政府、高等教育、大学毕业生自身等几个角度提出了促进甘肃省大学毕业生就业的对策和建议。 With the continuing enlargement of Chinese higher education, the problem of the university graduate employment has become more and more troublesome. Gansu province, located in northwest of China, drops relatively behind in economy and education. Theoretically speaking, Gansu starves for kinds of person with ability in the great development of the west. However, the employment problem of the university graduates with knowledge and technique in Gansu province are more outstanding than that in east developed provinces and cities. Comprehensively applying the multiplied-subjects containing the higher education, economics sociology and administration, the paper analyzes the employment status and market demand of the university graduates in Gansu province, based on investigation and research in Lanzhou Jiaotong University. The causation of employment difficulty is explored. At last, the paper puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to solve the employment problem by using for overseas and domestic references. The paper consists of four parts. The first part includes the background, the significance of the study, the general introduction of the research, the design and idea of the research.In the second part, the current status of university graduates in Gansu province is analyzed. First of all, the paper analyzes statistically the gross and increasing rate of university graduates. Through the analyses of the economic promotion pushed by higher education popularization in Gansu and the relative between the employment quantity and the price of labor force, the requirement of university graduates in employment market is analyzed. The difficulty of university graduates employment is illuminated by analyzing current economic structure in Gansu province. Finally, it is investigated and analyzed that how degree hiberarchy, speciality structure, gender and the university trade influence university graduate employment rate and quality.The third part analyzes the existing problems and reasons for the difficulty of university graduate employment in Gansu province. This paper makes comprehensive analyses and researches on social environment from such aspects as , economic environment, industry structure and government administration system; it makes analyses and researches on university education from education structure and employment guide education; it makes analyses and researches on graduates themselves from their views of employment expectation, career value and employment position. The forth part puts forward the suggestion and solutions to solve the hardship of employment in Gansu province. According to practical instance in Gansu province, the paper makes countermeasures and suggestions to improve university graduate employment on the aspects of government, university education and graduates themselves.
