And then it expounds the design thinking of agency seller management system of Sichuan Unicom Southern Region. The dissertation gives emphasize on discussing feasibility studies, the object of the system and operation circumstances. On this basis, it particularly discuss software design of the system, including data flow chart, software framework and software realization. At last, by combining practical application with the system, the dissertation gives narration on operation flow of the system and the function of the system in detail, and gives narration on maintenance of the system in brief. In the course of applying the system, it really impact on three aspects: first, reinforcing the management and supervising to agency seller, lessening the burden of calculating agency fee; second, strengthening the clarity of agency fee, in control of his user"s status; at last, by the management system, strengthening communication with agency, shaping the choiceness figure of China Unicom.
