本文针对目前国产轨道机车在速度控制上存在的一些问题,研究了一种步进电动机的细分调速控制系统。该系统集成度高,可靠性好,对提高轨道机车性能有明显的效果。本文介绍了三种步进电动机的工作原理(反应式,永磁式和混合式步进电机),分析了它的两种控制系统(开环控制和闭环控制),讨论了三种步进电机常用的细分调速系统方案,应用DSP模块设计了步进电机细分调速方案,并且建立步进电动机单步响应特性的数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulate软件建立其细分调速系统的精确的仿真分析模型,在仿真分析模型的基础上对其单步运行性能进行了初步地分析研究。经过分析和实验结果表明,该驱动系统有着较优越的性能,可以使机车柴油机平稳的升速,降速或稳定在某一给定的转速下运行,从而实现轨道机车的平滑调速。此外,基于DSP控制的三相混合式步进电机脉冲细分驱动系统结构简单,控制精度高,性能优良,还可应用于目前流行的各种纺织机械和高精度数控机床等。
This article studied one kind stepping motor segmentation velocity modulation control system in view of the present domestic product track locomotive some questions which exists in the speed control,. this system integration rate is high and the reliability is good. It has the tangible effect to enhanced the track performance of locomotive .This article introduced the principle of work of three kinds stepping motor (equation, static type and mixed style step-by-step electrical machinery), has analyzed its two kind of control system (open-loop control and closed-loop control), discussed three kinds system plan to stepping motor to commonly used segmentation velocity modulation, designed using the DSP module has stepping motor to subdivide the velocity modulation plan, and established mathematical mode of the stepping motor on foot response characteristic, established its modulation system of segmentation velocity, using the MATLAB/Simulink software the precise simulation analysis model, and conducted the analysis research in the simulation analysis model foundation to its each kind of performance characteristic Indicated after the analysis and the experimental result that, this actuation system has the superior performance, may cause the locomotive diesel engine steady vertical speed, the reduction of speed or stabilizes in under the rotational speed which some one assigns moves, thus realization motive smooth velocity modulation. In addition, stepping motor pulse segmentation actuation system structure based on the DSP control three-phase mixed style to be simple, the control precision is high, the performance is fine, but also may apply in at present popular each kind of textile machinery and the high accuracy numerical control engine bed and so on.
