城市体系是城市群体内部的组织及空间关系的一种抽象描述,是城市地理学的重要研究内容。随着经济全球化的发展,城市之间的联系日益紧密,城市群的形成是必然趋势。城市体系研究是实现区域带动战略的关键一环,对成功实现城市群的整体效益尤为重要,我们必须加快新形势下的城市群内部的城市体系研究,以适应我国经济社会快速发展提出的新需求。 目前,河南省已经形成了一个以省会郑州为中心,包括洛阳、开封等在内共9个省辖(管)市,下辖14个县级市的中原城市群。中原城市群的兴起将成为承接产业梯度转移的主要载体,并由此构筑的中原经济隆起带,有可能成为未来中国经济版图上具有重要战略意义的“中原平台”。但是,当前城市群区域城市体系存在一些问题,主要表现在:内部结构不合理,缺乏合理的城市分工;相互联系不够紧密,尚未形成有序化、网络化城市体系结构。这些问题必然导致中原城市群地区整体功能降低,区域发展相对缓慢。为此,需要对该区域城市体系结构和功能进行优化,构建有序、高效的城市体系结构,完善城市体系功能。本文主要包括以下几部分: 第一部分,引言。针对当前中原城市群地区城市体系结构和功能存在的问题,提出了优化研究的必要性。在国内外城市体系研究回顾的基础上,根据本区实际提出了本文的主要研究内容。 第二部分,城市体系研究理论和方法的系统分析。通过对理论和方法进行系统化的分析,探索相关理论间的关系,以便于研究的开展。 第三部分,中原城市群地区城市体系等级层次结构优化研究。此部分应用相关理论和方法,对本区城市体系等级层次结构的现状进行了深入分析,针对存在的问题,提出了优化方案。 第四、五、六部分,从城市体系的规模结构、职能结构和空间布局结构三个
Urban system is an abstract description of an organization and spatial relationship in an urban agglomeration, and it is important contents of urban geography. With the development of economic globalization, the connection between cities is closer day by day, and the forming of the city group is an inexorable trend. Urban system study is an key link of realizing area driving strategy, and it is particularly important to realize urban agglomeration benefit as a whole. In order to meet the new demand that the fast social and economic development of our country puts forwards, we must accelerate urban system study of urban agglomeration under the new situation. At present, Henan Province has already formed a urban agglomeration which takes Zhengzhou city as the center, including Luoyang, Kaifeng, etc nine cities and 14 county-level cities. The central Henan urban agglomeration will become the main carrier to accept the industry"s gradient shifted. It may become the "platform of central Henan" with important and strategic significance on Chinese economic domain in the future. However, some problems exist in the urban systems of this area, mainly showing in the following aspects: the inside structure is unreasonable, lacking the rational city division; mutual connection isn’t close, having not formed ordering and networked urban system structure yet. These problems must cause functions reduction of the central Henan urban agglomeration as a whole, so the area development is relatively slow. In order to structure an orderly and high-efficient urban system and perfect the urban system function, we must optimize the structure and function of the urban system in this area. This paper mainly includes several following parts: Part I, introduction. According to the current problems of the city system structure and functions of the central Henan urban agglomeration, this part puts forward the necessity of research. On the basis of review in domestic and international urban system study, this part proposes the main research contents of this paper according to this area condition. Part Ⅱ, systemic analysis of research theory and method of urban system. Through carrying on systematized analysis to the theory and method, this part explores the relation among relevant theories to start the study easily. Part Ⅲ, study on optimizing the hierarchical structure of urban system in central Henan urban agglomeration. This part uses relevant theory and method to analyze current hierarchical structure situation of urban system in this area, put forward optimizing project according to the existing problem. Part Ⅳ, Part Ⅴand Part Ⅵ, study on optimizing the urban system from three structures of scale, function and spatial arrangement. These parts find out weakness of urban system in this area through current situation "three kinds of structures" analysis, and carry on corresponding optimization according to the level frame of the grade of urban system. Part Ⅶ, study on optimizing the function of urban system in central Henan urban agglomeration. On the basis of optimizing the urban system structure put up in advance, this part gives the mode of circle layers and the network mode to organizing cities, and provide countermeasure that the function can be realized and advanced. Part Ⅷ, conclusion.This part generalizes the reviews and the shortages of this reserch.
