在社会主义市场经济条件下，重视培养个体形成科学的价值观，是加强精神文明建设，确保有中国特色社会主义伟大事业全面健康发展的客观要求。 本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法，遵循综合概括和继承创新的原则，从理论基础与实践操作两个层面设计安排了论文内容。在理论层面，把价值观的本质及其基本问题作为全文的理论基础、把个体价值观形成发展的机制作为理论依据；在操作层面，提出具体的培养措施，包括坚持正确处理价值观的基本问题，加强政府政策的积极调控，弘扬中外文化的价值精髓，加强大众传媒的合理引导，实施富有成效的价值观教育，加强主体自身的修养六个方面，以期能指导实践，改善培养环境和培养方式，增强培养的主动性、针对性、实效性，从而控制、削弱直至消除庸俗、消极价值观的不良影响，使个体形成科学的价值观。
It"s an objective requirement what emphasizes developing individual scientific values will strengthen socialist cultural and ideological progress to ensure the all-round healthy development of great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the condition of socialist market economy.This essay combined theory with practice has two aspects, that are the basis of theory and manipulation of practice according to comprehensive summary and creation carried on. In theory, the essence of values and its basic issues are treated as the theoretical basis of the whole essay and mechanism which is used to form and develop individual values as the theoretical foundation. In practice, the concrete measures are put forward that include handling the basic issues of values correctly, strengthening the positive adjustment of the government"s policy, carrying forward the quintessence of Chinese and foreign culture, heightening the rational guide of media for masses, implementing effective education of values and reinforcing the subject"s own accomplishment. The purpose of this essay is to lead practice, improve the developing circumstance and developing styles, strengthen initiative and aim and effectiveness of development so that individual won"t form scientific values untill the harmful effectiveness of the vulgar and negative values are controlled ,weaken and cut down.
