高校体育是我国高等教育的有机组成部分，它与其他教育一起为培养德、智、体全面发展的现代化合格人才而努力。高校体育又是国民体育的重要组成部分，为我国培养大批体育的教学、科研和管理人才，同样对发展我国体育事业具有战略性地位。高校体育的发展与社会经济文化的状况紧密相关，国家的社会经济文化的发展又需要与之相适应的高校体育。近年来，随着社会经济文化的快速发展，高校改革的进一步深入，大学生对体育的需求日益增强。通过高校体育课程的研究，可以把握我国高校体育发展的脉搏，了解社会、高校和大学生对体育的需求，从实际出发，更加科学合理的配备高校体育资源，促进高校体育的健康发展，更好地为“全面健身计划”和“奥运争光计划”服务。这就是本文对高校体育课程进行整体性研究初衷。 本研究追溯人类体育的发展轨迹，依据体育学、社会学、心理学、经济学、管理学以及体育人类学等有关理论对高校教育发展趋势进行深入剖析和探究，寻求建构高校体育教育的平台，开展体验式教学的可行性和有效性，并结合时代特征，探究契合现代文明发展轨迹的现代高校体育课程和教学模式的新型教育理念。 以高校现行的体育活动实践和理论为主要研究对象。采用文献资料法、调查研究法、实地走访法、专家访谈法等研究方法，以从历史到未来，从传统到现代，从概念、价值观念到行为方式为具体研究内容。包括： 1)在对体育、高校体育、课程模式的内涵再认识的基础上，对它们的目的和任务进行了分层次的理解，从而形成了我对高校体育课程模式设计的思路。 2)对世界课程改革发展的趋势、高校体育课程模式的国内外比较、国家课程相关法规政策研究，为我国高校体育课程模式的设计提供了理论依据。我国普通高校体育课程模式的系统设计研究 3)从健康教育、素质教育和终身教育的观点出发，论述了普通高校体育教学的价值观、活动观和学生观。从宏观层面对普通高校体育教学进行了系统分析，进而构建了一个理论依据充分、实效性和可操作性强的普通高校体育教学课程框架，并对课程设置和课程管理进行了初步探讨。 4)整理了我国高校比较典型的体育教学模式，比较分析提出了适合当前我国高校体育课程体系的教学模式。 5)讨论了高校体育实施体验式教学模式的可行性，并对我国高校体育未来的研究工作提出了建议。关键词:高校体育课程教学模式体验式教学
Being an esential ingredient of higher education in China, physical education together with other kinds of major, make a contribution to foster qualified elites. P.E.of colleges is also one of major components of national sports and enjoy a strategec status on sports development, as it has trained for our nation a large banch of sports talents in teaching, research, and administration. The developemnt of college sports keep a close tie with the conditions of economy and culture. In recent years, with the fast development in economy and culture and fuher reforming of higher education, P.E.has been everincreasingly needed by college students under such circumstance. This thesis is made with such purpose as to follow the trend of P.E. in college and better known the need and requirement of college students towards sports, hence we can not only allocate sports equipments and funds more reasonablly but also provide service for Nationalwide Body-Building Project and Winning More Olympic Honor Planning,Tracing back progress of human being, he thesis study and resarch into progress trend of college P.E. by sociology, psychology, economics, etc. seeking for platform to build P.E. system.Taking sports activety and theory as majorpoints and various range of subjects as specific research contents by using fo relative documents, on-spot research, etc. Including: 1) Forming the idea of the building P.E. of college of curriculum pattern on thebasis of reviewing the contents about Sports, college P.E and curriculum,andfull understanding their goals and tasks.2) Providing theory basis for curriculum pattern building of college P.E on the basis of comparing the developing trend of curriculum reform between China and other countries and researching on the relative laws and regulations .3) Discussing the view of value,activities and students of college P.E teaching from the point of health education ,health education and All-life education making a definitely analysis on P.E teaching at different areas ,thus setting up curriculum with full evidence and effectiveness and reliability,researching on curriculum building and managing.4) Arranging the typical college P.E., teaching style and pointing out one pattern which is in line with the current college P.E. curriculum system .5) Discussing the feasibility of experimental P.E. education in college and making sugession for college P.E in the future
