我国已经进入了老龄化社会，老年人的交通问题已经成为社会关注的焦点。老年人作为弱势群体必须得到全社会的尊重和关注，我国老年人事业健康发展，老年人交通问题也逐步得到改善，但仍然存在着许多不利条件，老年人出行还会受到许多因素的制约；并且近年来老年人的交通伤亡事故不断上升。这就需要对老年人交通和谐发展进行全面的深入研究，制定相应的交通安全教育对策、交通管理对策，并采取合适的交通工程措施以提高老年人出行的安全性和便利性。所有这些研究成果对降低老人交通事故有非常重要的指导意义。 本文首先通过对老年人交通状况的分析，指出目前我国老年人交通安全存在的许多问题。其次，通过具体分析老年人的生理、心理特点，探讨了老年人的行为特点对交通的影响，并结合对老年人机动车驾驶员、非机动车驾驶员、行人的交通事故成因分析，研究老年人在交通参与中的不安全因素，提出应对老龄化社会交通的措施。树立以人为本的交通理念，充分考虑老年人的特点，设计人性化无障碍的交通环境。最后还提出完善老年人驾驶员培训体检制度和提高老年人安全意识的措施。
Our country has gone into older-society, and the traffic problem of the older people has become the focus of the society. As disadvantaged minority, the older must be well treated and bring the attention of the whole society. The enterprise of the older is developing healthily while the traffic problem of older people is becoming better and better, but there are many disadvantages yet and there are many restricts when older people going out, and the recent years old people"s transportation casualty rose unceasingly which needs to study the harmonious development of the traffic of the older people entirely, then draw up the appropriate measures to increase safety and convenience when older people going out.Firstly, this paper analyzes the traffic situation of older people, show many problems of the traffic of the older in our country. Secondly, this paper discuses the influence to traffic of the behavior characteristics of the older by analyzes the psychology and physiology of the older and brings up the measures which are good for harmonious development of the traffic of older people by combining the accidents cause analysis of the older motor drivers, older non-motor drivers and older walkers. The people-oriented traffic idea has been set, moreover, humanistic and non-obstacle traffic environment has been designed while the characteristics of older people have been considered fully. At last, this paper addressed that the system of driver"s education and the physical examination of older people must be improved, and the sense of safety also must be increased.
