孝,是中华民族的传统美德,是处理子女与父母、晚辈与长辈关系的一个重要道德规范,其基本含义是“善事父母”。孝,在中国传统伦理乃至中国传统文化中具有非常重要的地位,在一定意义上说,中国传统社会是奠基于孝道之上的社会。然而,在市场经济的今天,传统孝却陷入了困境。在现实生活中,儿女对父母不关心、不孝敬、不赡养,甚至辱骂殴打、残酷虐待、逐出家门的现象普遍发生,这表明当代很多人的孝观念越来越淡薄,孝行为越来越弱化。造成上述现象的原因是复杂的,既有历史的原因,又有现实的原因。这种扭曲了的亲子关系无论给个人、家庭还是社会都带来一定的危害。要想改变这种状况,使亲子关系协调,必须构建一种新型的孝观念。而这种新型的孝观念是不同于传统孝观念但又离不开传统孝观念的。因为道德都具有继承性,我们对传统孝观念可以进行辩证的、实事求是的分析,吸收其精华,剔除其糟粕,批判地继承。同时,要结合当今时代,使新型的孝观念具有时代的特征,最终有利于家庭和谐、社会和谐。故此,我把本文的论题确定为:传统“孝”观念的困境与超越。对本论题的研究不仅具有理论意义,更重要的是也具有现实意义。 本文首先从历史的角度分析了孝观念的形成和演变过程,并辩证地、实事求是地分析了其在历史上所起的作用;其次,把历史与现实结合起来,揭示了传统孝观念在当今社会陷入困境的原因以及产生的后果,并尽而指出要改变这种困境就必须完成传统孝观念的现代转换,即构建一种新型的孝道;最后,根据新型的孝道在现代社会建立的必要性,又具体从微观和宏观方面阐述了构建新孝道的途径,即必须综合运用政治、经济、教育、法律等手段,才能建立新孝道。
Filial piety is traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, and it is an important code of ethics of dealing with relationship between children and their parents, The basic meaning of filial piety is "charity parents". Filial piety has a very important position in China"s traditional ethics and the Chinese traditional culture. In a certain sense, the Chinese traditional society is based on the filial piety. However, in the market economy, the traditional filial piety is caught in difficult situations. In real life, people do not care for, support, respect their parents, even insult, brutal abuse, and shut out their parents, this shows that filial piety is weakening increasingly in the contemporary. Contributing to this phenomenon is complex , there are historical and practical reasons. This distorted relationship of parent-child will bring harm both for individuals, families and the community. To change this situation, we must coordinate with the relationship of parent-child, and build a new concept of filial piety. This new concept of filial piety is different from the traditional concept of filial piety . We must dialectical and realistic analysis the traditional concept of filial piety and absorb their essence and removed its dross. Meanwhile, we should combine the contemporary era, make new concept of filial piety has the characteristics of the times, and ultimately contribute to family harmony, and social harmony. So I put this topic as: The Fracture and Transcend of the Traditional Filial Piety. The subject of this topic not only has theoretical significance, also practical significance. First, I analysis the formation and evolution process of the concept of filial piety from the historical perspective, and dialectically and realistically analyze the role in history; Secondly, I combine history and reality, reveal the traditional concept of filial piety"s society troubled reasons and the consequences in today, to change such situation ,we must converter the traditional concept of filial piety to modern transformation, and construct a new type of piety ; Finally, we must proceed from both micro and macro, comprehensive use political, economic, educational, legal and other measures, then, the new filial piety can be established.
