论文标题:9株东北红豆杉内生真菌的分类研究 Classification Studies on Nine Endophytes from Taxus Cuspidate 论文作者 史小凤 论文导师 项勇,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 微生物与生化药学 论文单位 沈阳药科大学,点击次数 79,论文页数 80页File Size9553k 2003-05-30论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_302830542/ 内生真菌;东北红豆杉;生理实验;真菌分类 Endophyte, Taxus cuspidate, Physiological experiment,Classification of fungi. 本论文通过培养性状观察、制片检查,描绘及摄影等方法研究了分离自长白山自然保护区东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidate Sieb et Zucc.)树皮、树茎和树枝的9株内生真菌的形态学性状。 同时对其中4个菌株在不同培养温度,pH,碳源,氮源,不同培养基浓度和糖浓度,及不同维生素等条件下进行了生理实验考察。 以形态学性状中的分生孢子特征为主题,以生理实验结果为辅助,检索文献,与相关种和模式种进行对照比较,对这些内生真菌进行β水平的菌种鉴定分类,其中菌株1026为一新种:大孢盾壳霉(Coniothyrium macrospora Y.Xiang et J.X.Cui sp.nov.),5株为中国新记录属种:1005球乳突孢[Papularia sphaerosperma(Pers.ex Fr.)von H(?)hnel=Arthrinium sphaerosperma(Pers.ex Fr.)];1022腐殖厚壁孔孢(Gilmaniella humicola Brron);1016球头孢[Oedocephalum glomerulosum(Rulliard)Sacc.];1023球头三型孢(Trichosporonoides oedocephalis Haskins & Spencer)1008褐钝孢[Ambrosiella brunnea(Verrall)Batra];。剩余三株1001、1003、1014为国内已有属种,分别是阿姆斯特丹散囊菌(Eurotium amstelodomi Mgngin)、匍匐散囊菌原变种(Eurotium repens de Bary)和葡萄孢(Botrytis sp.)。这些菌株在分类学上的定位为内生真菌的进一步研究提供了理论基础。其中新种的发现还弥补了我国在上述属上的空白。 In this paper, the morphological characteristics of nine endophytes isolated from the barks , stalks , branches of Taxus cuspidate Sieb et Zucc. grown in Changbai nature reserve in Northeast China"s Jilin province are studied through observation, description, shooting of culture-characteristics and microstructure.At the same time, the basic physiological experiments of four strains 1001 , 1003, 1014 and 1022 including varies of culture temperatures, pH, carbohydrate, nitrogenous nutrition, different concentration of medium and carbohydrate, some vitamins usually used in fungi culture, etc., are studied too.Finally, the level identification, classification of these nine endophytic fungi are studied through literature retrieving and comparison with related genus or type species, during which the characteristics of conidia and the result of physiological experiment are regarded as key words and as assist respectively. The ultimate result of these strains" classification are that one new species Coniothyrium macrospora Y.Xiang et J.X.Cui sp. nov.(1026); five new recorded-genus in China: Papularia sphaerosperma (Pers.ex Fr.) von U(?)bnel=Arthrinium sphaerosperma (Pers.ex Fr.)(1005), Gilmaniella humicola Brron(1022), Oedocephalum glomerulosum (Rulliard) Sacc. (1016), Trichosporonoides oedocephalis Raskins & Spencer(1023), Ambrosiella brunnea (Verrall) Batra(1008); and three known genus in our country: Eurotium amstelodomi Mgngin(1001); Eurotium repens de Bary(1003) and Botrytis sp(1014) are found. The identification of these strains gives the theory of the further research of endophytic fungi. And the discovery of those new species make up the margin of our country in the genus above-mentioned.
