技术进步历来就被认为是经济增长的引擎。内生化技术进步更是新增长理论的核心内容。通常分别以人力资本或者研究开发作为内生化技术进步的渠道是理论研究的两条主线。而国内将两条线索结合起来的探讨却相对较少。这正是本文的研究出发点。首先，本文在系统的综述了相关新经济增长理论后，深入剖析了各自的特点、机理，展开了简要评述。然后在国外学者Rivera-Batiz、Romer以及Anna等人的数理模型基础上，进一步构建了一个中间产品种类扩大型的内生技术进步模型，并创新性的引入了刻画技术引进和吸收的参数变量。利用进口贸易这一渠道，本文探讨了开放经济系统中人力资本、国内研发与国外技术外溢影响经济增长的内在机理。另外，本文还考虑了贸易伙伴国之间存在的不同比较优势，模型的假设改进使得在商品进口和技术交流时贸易国家间能充分发挥各自的长项。对模型的竞争性市场均衡分析得到了均衡增长路径的稳态增长率，并进行了比较静态分析。模型的基本结论是：人力资本积累、国际技术外溢以及技术吸收能力的提高有利于长期经济增长。接下来，本文利用协整和误差修正等计量工具对构建的理论模型进行实证检验。同时，为了更为细致的考察各解释变量对经济增长率的影响和相互关系，本文进行了影响因素间的实证比较计算。结果发现，国内研发、国外研发以及人力资本和TFP之间存在长期均衡关系并在一定程度上存在滞后效应。同时，研究结果还表明，要想充分利用国外研发的成果，我国的人力资本还必须进一步加强积累。这也印证了前面的建模思路，即在研究经济增长的过程中必须考察人力资本和研发的相互影响和协同效应。最后，本文在系统的理论模型和实证检验之后提出了相应的政策建议。
Technological progress has been regarded as the engine of economic growth for a long time. The endogenized technological progress is the core of new economic theory. Theoreticians usually use human capital or research and development (R&D) respectively to endogenize technological progress. However, in domestic there is little study to integrate the above two channels. And this is the starting point of our thesis. Firstly, we systemically recall relative theories and analyze their characteristics and mechanisms. Then on the base of the models of Rivera-Batiz, Romer and Anna, we construct a comprehensive model including human capital and R&D. Meanwhile, a viable describing technology import and absorption has been innovatively introduced into our model. Through exerting international trade as technology spillover , we are able to study the effect of human capital and R&D to economic growth under the open economy. Moreover, in our model, comparative advantages between trade partners have been considered. Afterward, we use cointegration and error correction model to test the constructed model. The empirical comparisons are also made to find specific effects of every expository variable. The result shows that there is long term equilibrium relationship among domestic R&D, foreign R&D, human capital and Total Factor Productivity. And in order to absorb the foreign advanced technology, our human capital accumulation should be improved, which proves the idea of our mathematical model that is to study the integration of R&D and human capital to economic growth. On the base of systematic theoretical and empirical analysis, we offer some advices to government and corporations.
