论文标题:长沙市城市交通需求管理研究 The Research on Traffic Demand Management of Changsha City 论文作者 论文导师 胡列格;胡又宏,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 交通运输规划与管理 论文单位 长沙理工大学,点击次数 126,论文页数 80页File Size7082K 2007-02-17论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_30898042/ Urban transportation;; TDM;; Theory analysis;; Changsha city;; present condition;; Strategic measure 为解决城市的交通阻塞问题,特别是大城市交通堵塞,通常的做法是进行大规模的交通基础设施建设。然而,基础设施的改善会诱发小汽车的大量发展,进一步刺激交通需求的增长,使交通拥挤状况不但没有缓和,反而变得更加严重,从而陷入汽车增长——环境恶化——修建道路——小汽车继续增长——再建路——再恶化的恶性循环。由于单纯依靠交通供给的手段无法解决交通拥挤,许多国家转而从交通源头来做文章——交通需求管理。 本论文在综合分析国内外TDM实践及经验的基础上,结合长沙市的实际,初步分析了长沙市推行TDM的必要性、可行性。在借鉴已有对TDM研究成果的基础上,针对长沙市实施TDM的障碍性因素,通过分析TDM趋势与机理、策略与措施,循序渐进,逐步解决,形成了长沙市TDM战略对策。主要内容包括长沙市城市交通现状分析、长沙市城市交通与TDM、TDM理论分析、TDM策略与措施、长沙市TDM战略对策等。在研究分析了交通需求的概念、特性后,深入分析了交通需求关系、动态交通与静态交通关系、供需平衡原理、经济学原理以及操作机理。运用国内外实施TDM的经验及前人研究成果,结合长沙市城市交通实际,提出了长沙市推行TDM的战略对策。 目前交通需求管理的理论和方法尚未完全成熟,本论文对已有的交通需求管理的理论和方法进行有效的整合利用,为长沙市实施“畅通工程”和综合治理长沙市交通问题,实现长沙市城市交通可持续发展提供了理论依据,具有一定的实际应用价值。 In order to solve the problems of traffic jam in the cities, especially in the big cities, building further traffic infrastructure is adopted under the usual circumstance, However, with the traffic infrastructure improving, the demand of ears will be emptily increased, and ever stimulate the raising of traffic demand, then, more traffic jam will be produced rather than solving it. It has been turned to a bad circle of car increasing---environment deteriorating---building traffic infrastructure---the cars keeping on increasing---traffic infrastructure keeping on building. As it is impossible to solve the traffic jam through the infrastructure building, a lot of countries have turned to find the solution from the origin---the TDM (Traffic Demand Management). Based on the analysis of domestic and international practice and experience of the TDM (Traffic Demand Management), Combined with the fact of Changsha city, The necessity and feasibility of implementing TDM in Changsha city has been studied in this thesis. Drawing lessons from the existing research results to the TDM, aiming at the obstacle factors of implementing TDM in Changsha city, the trend and principle, the strategy and measure has been analyzed in this thesis, as result, the TDM strategic measure of Changsha has been become. The main contents of the article have included that the analysis of the present transportation condition in Changsha city, the relationship between the traffic of Changsha city and the TDM, the theory analysis of TDM, the strategies and measure of TDM, the TDM strategic measure of Changsha etc. After the concept and characteristic of traffic demand has been studied and researched, the traffic demand relationship, the connection between dynamic and static traffic, the equilibrium principle between supply and demand of traffic, the economics principle and operation mechanism of TDM has been deeply analyzed in this thesis. Applying the practice experience and the former" research result, combined with the fact of transportation in Changsha city, The TDM strategic measure of Changsha has been put forward in this thesis. The theories and method of the TDM haven"t yet been completely matured currently. in this thesis ,the existing theories and method of the TDM have been validly integrated, and the theories basis has also been given for implementing" the unimpeded engineering", resolving transportation problems of Changsha, and achieving continue development of urban transportation in Changsha, this research has certain practical value.
