正文：本论文旨在通过对区域经济，尤其是区域产业结构相关理论的借鉴，结合我国区域产业结构发展的现实，进一步明确我国区域产业结构转变的必要性和迫切性。随着国家调控经济的手段的变化和政策制定的区域倾向，区域经济在国民经济发展中的地位日益增强。而区域产业结构的发展是区域经济发展的重要途径。但是，我国当前区域产业结构已不适应经济增长方式由数量型到质量型转变的要求，同时，各区域产业结构内部高度趋同，出现全国范围内的“重复”现象。因此，对处于经济结构转型时期的各区域产业结构发展的研究，有一定的现实意义。 论文通过定性与定量相结合及一定的实证分析的研究方法，利用横向与纵向对比的手段，对我国区域产业结构的发展作了详细、深入的分析。文章在作了相关概念介绍后，考虑到经济问题的理论基础，在文章第二节借鉴了国内外经济增长和产业结构变动的相关理论，在此基础上运用大量数据实证分析了我国区域产业结构的发展现状，通过对现状与问题的分析，在第四节提出了作者的见解。 本文的创新之处在于：第一，切入点的选择。本文选择了在中国整体产业结构发展的基础上切入到各区域的方法，既没有宏观性的泛泛而谈，也没有微观到某一具体区域细细地谈，而是以一种俯视的角度考察三大区域产业结构的动态发展及协调。第二，结构的建构。本文将原理与实际相结合，安排了理论借鉴、现实考察及建议提出的结构，并以历史的纵向和区域的横向相嵌于其中，包含了新中国成立以来产业结构的纵向回顾，也包含了我国三大区域产业结构发展的横向对比及与东南亚国家的比较。第三，方法的运用。本文综合运用了定性与定量分析、理论与实证分析、静态与动态分析的方法。文章中引用了大量数据和公式以定量地阐释观点，其中有的数据和表格引用于相关书籍，有的数据和表格系作者通过计算并设计出来的(如表4-2)，使文章更具说服力。第四，观点的拓展。本文在第四节对三大区域产业结构的方向探讨时，将熊比特有关“创新群集”的概念拓展到区域产业结构转变领域，并结合相关原理(如增长极理论等)，创新性地提出了三大区域产业结构转变的具体模式，并详细阐明了建立该模式的原因，这也是论文主要的创造性成功和结论。
Content: Through using the relative theories on Regional Economics, especially the Industrial Structure of Region, combining the reality about the development of the industrial structure of region in China, the article is to make us definitely know the necessity and urgency of the transformation about regional industrial structure in our country. With the change of the way to adjust and control the economics in government and the tendency about the policy-formulating, the position of the regional economics in the national economics is strengthening. And the important way to develop regional economics is the development of the regional industrial structure. While the current situation about the regional industrial structure in our country has not adapted to the requirement of which the pattern of economic growth has changed from the quantity-type to the quanlity-type, meanwhile, there has been the highly-identical-structure tendency in every district, and then, the "repetition" phenomenon appears in the whole country. Owing to the factors above all, the writer think there is some practical senses to study the development of the regional industrial structure which is in the transforming period about economic structure in China.In the article, I in-depth analyse the development of regional industrial structure using the researching method of combining the qualitative and quantitive analysis and actual analysis, utilizing the means of the vertical and horizontal comparison. After introducing some concepts concerned, considering the theorestical base for economic issues, I use some relative theories on economic growth and the change about industrial structure, in or out our country in my second chapter. I analyse the present situation of the regional-industrial-structure development by using many datum and forms, and then put forward my own opinions about it in my forth chapter.I try to do some innovation work in my discussion in this article. Firstly, I try to find new point of contact for discussing. I select such a point of view as from the development of the whole industrial structure to the regional one. There is no macroscopic analysis normicrocosmic details, but a way of overlooking, from which to inspect the development and the harmonization of industrial structure among East, Middle and West part. Secondly, I succeed in constructing a new structure in the article. Merging the theory and the practice, I arrange such part as the theory using, the practical inspecting and the advice giving in my article, and the historical, vertical development and the regional, horizontal comparison are included in. The content contains the review of the industrial structure since the New Country was founded, the comparison with the three regions and the South-east Asian countries. Thirdly, the application of methods. In this article, there are many qualitive and quantitive analysis, theorestical and practical analysis and so on. Also, there are many datum and forms, some of which are quoted , some are make by myself, such as form 4-2, both of them make the issue discussed convincing. Lastly, the development of some viewpoints. When discussing the orientation about the development of the three regional industrial structure, I put the concept of "Innovation Group" which a economist named Peter Shong have created before many years into the field of regional industrial structure. On the basement of some relative theories, such as the Growth Pole Theory, Hoffmenn Theorem, etc., I propose the specific modes which are fit for the three regions from a new point and explain the reasons why I select the mode. And this may be the main innovative conclusion. The idea that the regional industrial structure should be transform or upgrade is not proposed by myself, but I think the several aspects above are novel.
