论文标题:高科技企业家的社会资本对企业绩效的影响研究 The Study on the Impact of High-Tech Entrepreneurial Social Capital on Corporate Performance 论文作者 论文导师 吴文华,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 企业管理 论文单位 湖南大学,点击次数 75,论文页数 88页File Size1591K 2007-09-30论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_31138707/ High-tech enterprise;; Entrepreneurial social capital;; Corporate performance 21世纪人类社会已跨入知识经济时代。知识,特别是新知识,已成为推动技术、生产发展和社会进步的主要因素。而高科技则正是知识经济强大的推动力和主力军。可以看到,各国GDP增长中高科技的贡献率比重在逐步上升。随着企业家社会资本作用的受重视程度不断攀升,以高科技企业家社会资本为独特视角,研究其对高科技企业绩效的影响机理及程度将有十分重要的理论及现实意义。 本文主要针对高科技企业家社会资本凸显的特征,运用交叉学科理论方法和实证方法,在整合以往有关社会资本以及企业家社会资本相关理论的基础上,探索出包含社会资本广度和社会资本深度两大构成因子的高科技企业家社会资本首先影响企业社会资本进而影响企业动态能力最终影响高科技企业绩效的作用途径及内在影响机理。开发出高科技企业家社会资本构成因素指标体系以及其影响企业绩效的理论模型。并在此基础上形成了最终调查问卷,通过对北京、上海等五大城市高科技企业的调查取样,共获得112份有效样本,并对样本数据进行了相关的分析处理。 实证研究表明,各测量量表具有良好的信度与效度;背景变量中年龄、家庭背景、学历对高科技企业家社会资本的影响存在显著差异,而家庭背景、所学专业、任职期限则对企业绩效有显著影响;高科技企业家社会资本对企业绩效影响程度显著的因素以程度由强到弱依次排列为社会适应能力、情绪智力、社会资源层次以及印象管理能力;而外倾性特征以及说服能力则与企业绩效的关系呈负相关。实证研究结论最终对本文所提出的假设进行了有效验证。 In the 21st century humanities have already entered the time of knowledge economy. Knowledge, especially the new knowledge has become the main factor to boost the development of technology as well as the whole society. Actually, high-tech is the strong impetus of knowledge economy, the high-tech’s contribution rate of GDP growth in every country is increasingly ascending. With more and more importance being attached to the role of entrepreneurial social capital, taking the high-tech entrepreneurial social capital as the unique view to explore its impact on high-tech corporate performance will embody far-reaching theoretical as well as practical implications. Based on integrating the past relevant theories on social capital as well as entrepreneurial social capital, this paper finds out that the high-tech entrepreneurial social capital consists of two main ingredients which are extent and depth; meanwhile we explore how it affects the corporate performance detailedly. We develop the factorial index system of high-tech entrepreneurial social capital and the theoretical model of affecting mechanism, finally we present our survey questionnaire, after having done surveys in five domestic metropolises such as Beijing、Shanghai etc., we got 112 copies of valid swatches and did relevant statistical analysis accordingly. The results indicate that each measure table presents favorable credibility and validity; the contextual variables which show significant impact on high-tech entrepreneurial social capital are age、family background and educational background, while family background、major and length of tenure show significant impact on corporate performance; the results distinguish each factor’s negative or positive relationship with corporate performance and the significant level of each one’s impact on it, among them only expressiveness and persuasiveness have the negative impact while the rest has the positive one, the factors which reach the significant level being laid in sequence from the highest degree to the lowest are: social adaptability、emotional intelligence、level of social resources and impression management. Our results test and verify the preliminary hypothisis validly.
