论文标题:血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶基因多态性与儿童哮喘相关性研究 A Correlatactive Study between Platelet-activating Factor Acetylhydrolas Gene Polymorphism and Bronchial Asthma in Children. 论文作者 论文导师 李海林;黄永坤,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 儿科学 论文单位 昆明医学院,点击次数 168,论文页数 41页File Size1682K 2006-05-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_31333892/ PAF-AH; bronchial asthma in children; gene polymorphism; PCR—RFLP 目的 研究血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)基因多态性与儿童支气管哮喘发病的相关关系,探讨儿童支气管哮喘的遗传易感因素。 方法 采用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR—RFLP)分析技术,对53例哮喘儿童及35例正常对照组儿童的PAF-AH第11外显子(exon 11)Ala379Val位点基因多态性进行分析,比较两组儿童PAF-AH exon 11-Ala379Val位点基因型和等位基因的分布频率。 结果 哮喘组PAF-AH-379位点基因型频率野生型Ala/Ala、杂合子Ala/Val、纯突变型Val/Val基因型频率分别为52.8%、30.2%和16.98%,对照组分别为51.4%、34.3%和14.3%,两组间基因型频率分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。哮喘组和对照组等位基因Ala频率分别为67.9%和68.5%;等位基因Val频率分别为32.1%和31.4%,两组间等位基因频率分布差异也无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 PAF-AH exon 11-Ala379Val基因突变与儿童支气管哮喘发病无相关性。 Objective To study the correlative association between platelet-activating factor acetylhdrolase(PAF-AH) genetic polymorphism and bronchial asthma in children.Methods Genetic polymorphism was analysed in 53 asthmat -ic children and 35 healthy children with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) technique.Results There are no significant differences among the asthmatia groups and normal controls about the distribution frequency of genotypes and alleles(P>0.05).
