棉纺织行业是中国纺织工业的支柱行业,创业最早,规模最大,基础最好。但由于多年来低水平重复建设引发的过度竞争,加之冗员过多、包袱沉重,近年来,棉纺织工业已成为国有工业中困难最大、亏损最严重的行业。棉纺织行业也因此被有些人定义为“夕阳工业”。但通过科学细致的分析,我们可以发现棉纺织业仍然有着很大的生存和发展空间,特别是在中国加入WTO 以后,作为对国际市场依赖度较高和具有较强国际竞争力的的纺织工业,加入WTO 将充分享受《纺织与服装协议》(ATC)带来的完全贸易自由化;而国外先进技术及管理经验的引进,大量外资的进入,又有利于我国纺织工业的产业升级、技术改造及产品创新;同时,巨大的竞争压力还将有利于推动国有棉纺织企业的改革、改组及改造工作,激发企业的活力。在这种背景下,棉纺织企业应当找准企业的核心能力,通过发展多元化战略,培育和进一步增强核心竞争力,实现主要业务的快速扩张。重庆华诚第一棉纺织厂是具有八十多年历史的重庆国有棉纺织骨干企业。近十多年来,由于受市场疲软、社会负担和债务沉重,企业机制不活以及企业自身战略上的失误等诸多因素影响,长期处于亏损状态。面对WTO 给我国纺织服装业带来的巨大机遇,如何修炼企业的核心能力以保证在竞争中快速、良性成长,是企业急需解决的问题。本文通过对企业外部环境分析和内部资源分析,制定了发展服装成品的相关多元化战略。论证了该战略在增强企业核心竞争力、降低风险、取得新的经济增长点、实现企业高速成长方面的积极作用。并围绕对该战略的讨论,研究企业应对环境变化时调整核心能力定位的方法,挖掘通过多元化战略获取新的核心能力的途径,并对多元化经营的战略匹配分析、资源匹配分析、多元化经营利益分析、多元化产业关联分析、多元化行业吸引力分析等进行了探讨。
Cotton textile is a pillar profession in chinese textile industry.It started the earliest,the scale is the biggest,and the foundation is the best.But due to the over-competition cause by low-leveled and repeaded construction for these years,cotton textile industry had become the most difficult and the most loss profession.And the textile industry is so called”the setting sun industry”. But through the analysis,we can find that there is very big existing and developping space in cotton textile industry.Especially after joining in the WTO,textile industry which has the strong dependence to the international market and high international competition will fully enjoy the trading freedom brought by Negotiation of Textile and Costume<>.And introduction of foreign advanced technique and management experience ,the entrance of large foreign capital will benefit to industrial upgrading,technical reformation and production re-newing.At the meantime,the biggest competive pressure will do good to reformation and reorganization of state-owned cotton textile enterprises, and will arouse enterprises’vitality.Under this kind of background,textile enterprises must find out exact enterprises’core ablity,cultivate and enhance core competition ablity by developing diversified strategy,and relize extending the main business. Chongqing Huacheng No.1 Textile Mill is a state-owned key cotton textile enterprise in Chongqing which has over 80 years history.For recent ten years,it was in loss because of weak market,heavy burden and debt.Facing the huge opportunity brought by WTO,it is a urgent problem that how to train the core ablity so that it can ensure the good developent in competition. This thesis works out interrelated diversified strategy on developing finished production of garments.And it also demonstrates the positive effect of this strategy on enhancing core competition,deducing risk,getting new economic increasing point,achiving high-speed development.At the same time,this thesis discusses the method of adjusting core ablity when enviroment changes and scoops out the way of obtaining a new core ablity through diversified strategy.And it studies the strategical matching analysis of diversified operation, the resources matching analysis,the benefit analysis of diversified operation,the analysis of diversified profession ‘s relationship,the analysis of diversified profession’s attraction ect.
