石油是一种埋藏于地下的油脂状天然可燃矿物。它是一种优质能源,是现代经济和社会发展的重要物质基础之一,被喻为工业的血液。新疆石油资源丰富,人民很早就开始认识和利用石油。但一直以来都采用极其原始的土法采制原油,致使丰富的石油资源得不到充分利用。直到宣统元年(1909年),新疆商务局从俄国购买机器在独山子钻探第一口油井,才正式拉开了新疆石油工业的序幕。民国时期,杨增新、金树仁、盛世才及国民党先后主政新疆,在他们各自执政期间,新疆的石油开发走过了不同的道路,历经一战前后和抗日战争期间两次发展机会,但最终没有形成工业体系。限于有关资料比较零散而缺乏,目前对民国新疆石油开发产生、发展和衰落历史的研究上十分薄弱。为此本文旨在就这一问题做一探讨,以揭示这一时期新疆石油开采状况、特点及成因。
The oil is a natural inflammable mineral being buried under ground like grease, It is a superior energy and one of important foundation of material wren the modern economy and society are developing forward .So it is also imaginably known as blood of industry . The oil resource of Xinjiang is plenty and there people began to know and utilize it at early time. However, people in Xinjiang have adopted the most primitive method of collecting oil, which leads to the inadequately use of the rich oil resources. In 1909, using the Russian machine, the commercial counselor’s Bureau in Xinjiang drilled the first oil well, which marked the prologue of the drilling industry in Xingjian. In the republican China, these governors who ever dominated successively Xinjiang were Yang Zen-sin, Jin Shoran, Sheen Shi-cay , and the nation’Party. The governor of each time occupied a different way to the development of oil industry. However, the materials in this area are relatively scattered and deficient. Till now, no one has specialized to discuss the cause, development and decline of oil industry during this time .This essay aims at this point, and tries to reveal the situation and the characteristic of the oil drilling industry.
