论文作者 论文导师 郝旭光,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 企业管理 论文单位 对外经济贸易大学,点击次数 821,论文页数 50页File Size921K 2007-04-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_322066687/ secretary of general manager; post responsibility; assistant 在我国,秘书学作为一门独立的学科开始于上个世纪80年代初期。经过二十几年的发展,秘书工作方面的理论研究取得了长足的进步。然而,目前我国学者大部份的研究对象仍是公务秘书。研究成果更多是为政府机关服务。以“企业秘书”为主要研究对象的学者和机构只占很少数。其中,专门以“企业秘书”中某种具体类型,如总经理秘书、董事会秘书等的工作为研究对象的文献或研究成果更是凤毛麟角。在我国市场经济蓬勃发展的今天,在我国企业面对市场竞争,需要不断提高自身管理水平和竞争能力的形势下,秘书理论研究的这种状况显然是不能满足社会需要的。 本文根据北京神龙建筑装饰工程有限公司总经理秘书的实际工作情况,对企业秘书中总经理秘书的工作、在企业管理中的地位和作用进行分析和研究。在此基础上,本文针对总经理秘书工作的特点、岗位职责,结合笔者自身实际工作经验认为,总经理秘书要更好地适应现代社会对秘书工作不断变化的需求、更好地履行自身岗位职责、充分发挥总经理参谋和助手作用应该做到以下几点:第一、拥有积极主动的工作态度;第二、具备良好的品德素养和心理素质、广博的知识素养以及扎实的业务素质;第三、日常工作中遵循一定的工作原则;第四、掌握必要的工作方法。 In our country, secretary science appeared as an independent subject in the initial period of 80"s last century. After two decades of development, the fundamental research on secretary work has been made considerable progress. However at present the major object of study by our scholars is still official secretary and the research results are mainly served for government. The scholars and organizations are very few who take“enterprise secretary”as the main study object. Among them, the study literatures or research results are extremely rare which take“enterprise secretary”as special objects like general manager secretary, secretary for board of directors and so on. Today our market economy has a vigorous development, in the situation that our Enterprises have to face market competition, and need to raise management level and competitive ability, such kind of condition on secretary fundamental research obviously cannot satisfy the society need. This article analyzes and studies the status and the function of general manager secretary"s work in business management through relevant fundamental research achievement and literature concerning secretary and according to the author’s practical work situation. On this foundation, focusing on general manager secretary"s work characteristic,post responsibility and own practical work experience, the author believe that general manager secretary must adapt to the demand by modern society which changes unceasingly, fulfill own post responsibility well, fully exert the assistant function to general manager. The following several points are critical to secretary: First, have positive initiative work manner; Second, have good character accomplishment and psychological quality, vast knowledge accomplishment and solid business quality; Third, follow certain work principle in the routine work; Fourth, grasp essential work skill.
