20纪90年代以来，迅速风靡全球的计算机信息网络以神奇的力量把人类带入崭新的网络时代。高校由于在信息资源和人才培养中的重要地位，使其成为网络社会发展的前沿。高校网络技术的普及与应用，无疑给高校教学、科研、工作和师生的学习、生活带来许多便利。广大师生在通过互联网学习知识和进行知识创新的同时，也出现了一系列新情况和新问题。互联网正日益影响和改变着师生们的工作、学习、生活、交往与思维方式，并深刻影响着他们的人生观、价值观。 作为一项影响深远的技术革命，互联网是一种在现有条件下认识世界、改造世界的新武器和新手段，是一种新的生产力。网络技术发展的本质是信息传播的巨大发展，使得现代社会的信息传播，不仅在渠道或媒介上，更在手段、方式、水平及渗透性和影响力等各个方面，与传统社会有了很大区别，呈现出虚拟性、开放性、即时性、互动性、个体性、跨文化性、形象性、不可控性等特征。认清这些特殊性，有助于我们把握其对大学生的冲击和高校网络德育工作的特点。 互联网和高校德育工作的结合，带来了德育工作的创新，使德育工作获得前所未有的优势：网络使高校德育工作的视野更开阔；网络使德育工作的内容更充实，更具吸引力；网络使高校德育工作的速度更为快捷；网络使高校德育工作手段更丰富，方法更多样；网络使高校德育工作的功能更扩展，教育空间更广阔。然而，互联网也高校德育工作带来新的挑战：国际意识形态的渗透和影响日益加剧；大学生受网络色情、网络犯罪影响危害程度增大；网络信息泛滥和信息的不可控性使德育工作趋向复杂化；网络技术的虚拟性特征导致了部分大学生行为冷漠。 高校网络德育工作，是计算机网络和德育工作的联姻，是高校德育工作的一种现代方式，是指高校在网络环境下，以现代德育理论为指导，充分发挥网络的各种教育功能和丰富的资源优势，以学习者为中心，运用现代网络技术开展的德育工作。 高校网络德育工作作为特殊的教育领域和教育形式，与一般德育工作有较大区别或不同，有其自身的特点:从教育的主体性来看，高校网络德育工作是教育实施的主动性与教育关系的交互性或平等性的有机统一;从教育的过程来看，高校网络德育工作是主体角色的虚拟性与教育内容的真实性的有机统一;从受教育者的网络认知心理过程来看，网络德育工作是信息选择的多元化与选择信息的自主性的有机统一。 高校德育工作因网络技术的发展和应用而面临着挑战和机遇，必须了解、明确高校网络德育工作的特点，才能适应新形势，探索新思路。本文力图从坚持高校网络德育的基本原则、建构高校网络德育工作的主要内容、探索高校网络德育工作的新形式三个方面人手，为高校网络德育工作提供一些有启发性的东西。这是探讨本课题的主要意义所在，也是本文的最终落脚点。 一、坚持高校网络德育工作的基本原则。高校网络德育工作的基本原则是高校网络德育工作客观规律的反映，是科学地进行网络德育工作实践的准则。网络德育工作的基本原则主要有:党性原则、重在建设的原则、创新原则、服务原则、平等参与原则、法制原则等。只有明确高校网络德育工作的特点，坚持高校网络德育工作的基本原则，才能增强高校网络德育工作的针对性，潜心开发网络教育的功能，保证高校网络德育工作取得明显成效。 二、建构高校网络德育工作的主要内容。推进高校德育工作进人网络，用正确、积极、健康的思想、文化和信息占领网络这个阵地，关键是建设有特色、有吸引力和影响力的德育工作网站，并为网络德育工作提供充足的可用教育资源。一是要增强网络德育工作内容的理论性;二是要增强网络德育工作内容的服务性;三是要增强网络德育工作内容的客观性;四是要增强网络德育工作内容的时效性;五是要增强网络德育工作内容的针对性。根据网络的特点和网络德育工作的一般规律，笔者结台日前全国部分高校开展网络德育工作的实践经验，提出当前网络德育工作要突出进行的四个方面的教育。 三、探索高校网络德育工作的新形式。网络德育工作具有新的特点和规律。努力探索网络德育工作的新形式，构筑一个内容和形式有机结合的网络平台，是提高网络德育工作科学性、实效性，扩大覆盖面、增强吸引力、影响力 3的有效途径。一是要构建德育工作网站，用正确、积极、健康的思想信息占领网络;二是要开发和编制德育工作软件，加强德育工作信息资源建设;三是要开创网上“两课”教学基地，促进“两课”教育教学效果的提高;四是要实现从“单向灌输”向“双向交流”的转变;五是要不断创新高校网络德育工作。 最后，笔者从国际国内形势、互联网的发展等方面展望了高校网络德育工作的发展前景，坚信高校网络德育工作一定会迎来美好的明天。
Ever since 1990s, we have been brought into a new network era by the sweeping and magic computer information network. As universities play an important role in information resources and talent cultivation, they become the frontier of network society. The popularization and application of network technology benefits a lot the teaching, researching & working of universities and the study and life of college teachers & students. However, a series of new problems & situations also arise when teachers & students learn and innovate in knowledge through internet. And internet is increasingly affecting & changing their world outlook, value systems, interaction and thinking mode.As a technical revolution of deep influence, internet is a new means and weapon to recognize and reform the current world. The essence of the development of network technology is the great development of information propagation. And the information propagation of modern society takes on the characteristics of virtualization, openess, immediateness, individualiza-tion, cross-culture, vividness and uncontrollahility, which differ from the traditional society in channels or media, means & ways, level, penetration and influence. Therefore understanding these particularities helps us master its impact on college students and the characteristics of network moral education in universities.The integration of internet and moral education in universities brings iiiuovaLiuii and unprecedented edge to moral education. It broadens the horizon of moral education, adds contents and appeal to moral education, quickens its pace, enriches its means & methods and widens the space functions of moral education. However, internet also brings great challenges to moral education in universities. International ideology has an increasing influenceand penetration. Students are badly affected by network crime and sexual urge. The uncontrollability and abuse of network information makes moral education more complicated. And the virtuali zation of network leads to students" indifference.The network moral education in universities is the integration of computer network with moral education, is a modern means of moral education in universities. It"s is a moral education under the network environment with the guidance of modern theories, with the full play to various educational functions and rich resources of network, with learner-centered approach and with the application of modern network technology.As a particular education form and area, the network moral education in uniuersities has its unique characteristics. As for the subject of education, it"s the intrinsic unification of edcuation initiative and the intercourse and equality of education relationship. As for the educational process, it"s the intrinsic unification of the virtual subject roles and real education contents. As for the cognitive & psychological process of educatee, it"s the intrinsic unification of autonomy and diversity of information selection.Moral education in universities is confronted with opportunities and challenges because of the development and application of network technology. In order to adapt to the new situations and explore new thinking, the characteristics of network moral education must be learned and clarified. The thesis starts from three aspects of sticking to the cardinal principles of network moral education in universities, constructing main contents of network moral education 111 univeisities and exploring new forms of network moral education in universities.
