随着国民经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,我国城市交通的压力日益加剧。城市交通问题成为影响和制约城市交通健康发展的重要因素。因此,有必要对城市交通进行深入研究,找出症结所在。 本文结合西安市城市交通实际,首先对西安市城市交通进行现状调查和分析,从城市交通适应性和城市交通运输效率两方面入手,提出了适应性及交通运输效率的基本概念和相关理论,构建了城市交通适应性和交通运输效率评价指标体系,借助层次分析法和广义函数法对西安市城市交通进行综合评价。最后结合评价结论提出西安市城市交通的症结以及解决对策。
With the development of economy and urbanization, urban traffic in our country face the greater pressure. Urban traffic problem become the important factor affecting and restricting urban healthy development. So it is essential to develop the research on urban traffic and find out the sticking point.This dissertation , combining with the traffic of Xi"an, first of all, investigates and analyses the urban traffic actuality of Xi"an , from urban traffic adaptability and urban traffic transportation efficiency, presents correlation basic conception and theory, then forms the evaluation index system; basing on AHP and broad sense function, obtains the final evaluation result; Finally, the dissertation presents the sticking point and countermeasure of Xi"an.
