论文标题:任务导向的虚拟企业构建及关键问题研究 Research on the Task-oriented Virtual Enterprise Establishment and the Key Problems 论文作者 论文导师 刘金兰,论文学位 博士,论文专业 管理科学与工程 论文单位 天津大学,点击次数 84,论文页数 134页File Size1773K 2005-12-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_324397537/ Virtual Enterprise; Task-oriented; Establishment Management; Partner Selection; Organizational Structure Model; Trust Relationship; Profit Allocation 虚拟企业是敏捷制造的主要组织形式,是为了更好地响应市场机遇,通过信息技术将具有不同核心能力的成员企业联合起来共享知识、技能和资源的分布式动态组织。 虚拟企业的组织、运作与管理是围绕着总体任务进行的,是以总体任务的实现为目标的。任务导向的虚拟企业生命周期是一个任务确定、任务规划、任务执行和任务完成的过程。以往的研究往往忽略了虚拟企业的任务导向性,偏重于从虚拟企业的组织视角研究虚拟企业组织的构建、协调运作和解体,忽视了结合虚拟企业具体任务特性进行研究,从而对于一些问题得不到满意的解答。任务导向视角给虚拟企业的研究带来了新的思路,能够解决单纯从虚拟企业组织视角无法解决的问题,也提出了新的要求。 本文所做的创新性工作如下: (1)提出了任务导向的虚拟企业生命周期上的构建与管理框架; (2)提出了任务导向的虚拟企业构建与任务分解、分析、规划、分配的过程,提出子任务价值系数和子任务绩效评价指标的概念; (3)提出了基于任务分解结构的虚拟企业伙伴选择方法,并采用一种自适应遗传算法进行求解; (4)提出了任务导向的虚拟企业组织结构模型,从任务过程视角对虚拟企业的组织结构演化、形成和建模进行研究; (5)提出了任务导向的伙伴企业信任关系管理,提出基于子任务特性和关联关系的伙伴关系管理策略; (6)研究了虚拟企业利益分配的动态过程,提出了基于任务分解结构和合作对策理论的虚拟企业利益分配方法。 Virtual enterprise (VE), the primary organizational mode for agile manufacturing (AM), is the distributed dynamic alliance of partner firms with different core competences, connected through information technology, sharing knowledge, technology and resources for better fulfillment of the market opportunities. The organization, operation and management of a VE are centered on the overall task and aimed at task accomplishment. And the task-oriented VE life cycle is a process including task determination, task planning, task operation and task completion. However, previous researches neglected the task-oriented property of the VE, focusing only on the VE organizational formation, coordination, operation and disaggregation perspective without considerations of specific task characteristics, and could not provide satisfactory solutions to many problems. The task-oriented perspective leads new directions for VE research, presents feasible solutions to issues irresolvable only from organization perspective, and brings additional requirements as well. The innovative contents of the paper are as follows: (1) A task-oriented establishment and management framework throughout VE life cycle is presented. (2) A task-oriented VE establishment process, including procedures of task decomposition, task analysis, task planning and task allocation, is studied with the introduction of VE subtask value coefficient and performance evaluation indicator. (3) A VE partner selection method based on WBS (work breakdown structure) is put forward with an adaptive GA (generic algorithm) solution method. (4) A task-oriented VE organizational structure model is investigated, and the evolution, formation and modeling of VE organization are studied from thetask-oriented perspective. (5) A task-oriented partner trust relationship management method based on subtask characteristics and interdependency between subtasks is presented. (6) The dynamic VE profit allocation process is studied and a profit allocation method based on WBS and cooperative game theory is given.
