论文标题:基于信息技术的煤矿安全管理与控制方法研究 Study of Method about Mine Safety Management and Control Based on Information Technology 论文作者 论文导师 曹庆贵,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 安全技术及工程 论文单位 山东科技大学,点击次数 175,论文页数 93页File Size5735K 2007-06-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_32520162/ Safety Management;; Human error;; Information Technology;; System Dynamics;; Applying software 由于我国煤矿安全工作的基础比较薄弱,目前我国煤矿安全生产局面比较严峻。为研究煤矿安全管理与控制的科学方法,本文在系统动力学理论的基础上,结合系统论、控制论、计算机和网络等现代科学技术,从现代安全科学的理论和实践出发,通过对煤矿企业进行实际的调查,深入研究煤矿事故的发生机理,在借鉴现有事故模型的基础上,提出了煤矿人失误模型,并以该模型为基础,根据灵新煤矿安全生产实际数据,从安全经济学的角度入手,以安全效益、安全投入、安全度等量之间的各种关系为依托,构建了系统变量集,借助VENSIM软件建立了煤矿安全管理物理模型—煤矿安全管理系统动力学模型,以及用于进行模型解算和分析的相应数学模型;同时,提出了煤矿企业安全管理与控制方法,建立了煤矿企业安全管理与控制的整套方法体系,并以灵新煤矿为例,应用此方法对该企业的安全管理水平进行了实际评价。同时,根据上述方法体系,研制了配套应用软件,可方便地应用于煤矿企业的安全管理与事故的预防控制工作中。 At present, because the fundament of coal mine safety production is very weak, the state of our country" s safety production is not very good. For studying the scientific method of coal safety management and control, based on the information scientific technology, such as, system theory, control theory, system dynamics, and though making earnest analysis and embed research for multitude coal accidents, the author put forward Human Error" s model in coal mine production, and on depended on this model, it also put forward Dynamic model of coal safety management by combining with the coal mine safety production, that is, Mine Safety Management System Dynamics Model. This model was established from safety economic perspective, relying on the relationship among safety benefit, safety devotion, safety degree, etc. and remote the software of VENSIM. It also established the correspond Mathematical Model for making the model" s calculation and analysis, and also put forward a set of method system, in the same time, it was also applied to LingXin coal mine for evaluation, At last, It also made an application program for preventing and controlling the safety management work in coal mine conveniently.
