本文运用经济学方法对社会现实中的腐败问题进行研究,特别是改革开放以来,腐败成为困扰我国改革与发展的一个重要问题,因此,选择这个课题进行研究不仅有重大的现实意义,同时也丰富和发展了经济学理论和方法在实践中的应用。 本文作者在纪检监察系统工作,对反腐败工作有实践基础。在研究过程中,作者把所学的经济理论与自己工作实际相结合。首先对腐败的定义、分类、危害方面进行了一般的经济学分析;其次是运用经济学的基本理论和方法对腐败根源、腐败与反腐败行为进行了比较深刻的分析,提出了我国制度的不完善是导致特定腐败的主要原因;最后从战略的高度论述了预防和治理腐败的关键在于制度创新,并提出了政策建议和具体措施,冀此希望能为我国反腐败工作有效开展起到有益的促进作用。
In this article the author makes researches on corruption with economic method. Corruption is becoming a serious problem to reform and development, especially after the opening policy. The author works in the department for inspecting discipline with rich experience of suppression corruption. During the research the author combines her economic knowledge and experience tightly. At first make an analysis on the name, category and harm with economic method. Then explains the sources and deeds of corruption and anti-corruption, raises the idea that rules and regulation are the sources of corruption in our country. At last the author makes an explain that the point of prevention and punishment for corruption is system’s reform. The author also made some suggestions.
