知识经济时代,人口结构的变化,人们对体育需求的改变,娱乐、康复、健身事业的飞速发展,均会对体育教育专业的发展产生巨大的冲击,同时也会提供绝佳的发展机遇。由于我国高等教育改革的深入,高校招生规模不断扩大,全民健身计划的实施,08奥运的临近以及就业竞争日趋激烈等因素的影响,我国体育教育专业的人才培养模式日渐暴露出它的局限性。随着社会主义市场经济的发展,社会对人才的需求标准越来越高,再用传统的模式培养体育专业人才,显然已经不能适应当今社会对体育人才的需求,所以我们必须改变观念,建立正确的体育人才培养价值取向和思维方式,探索新时期新的体育教育专业人才培养模式。 本文运用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对辽宁省7所高校体育学院的体育教育专业人才培养现状进行了调查和分析,并就此问题请教了有关方面的专家、学者,关于新时期体育教育专业人才应具有的素质和能力以及培养方法征求了他们的意见,查阅了高校体育教育专业培养目标、课程设置和就业趋向等方面的资料以及有关体育课程改革的相关著作。在此基础上,从人才培养目标、课程设置、毕业生就业等方面阐述了辽宁省高校体育教育专业人才培养状况,分析并探索其中存在的问题。从体育教育专业人才培养模式转变的时代要求方面阐述了高校体育教育专业人才培养模式转变的必要性,并参考国内高校体育教育专业人才培养模式的情况,提出高校体育教育专业人才培养模式的新内涵,以寻求体育专业人才培养的对策,为体育专业人才培养提出新方向和新模式,以期对我国高校体育教育专业的人才培养提供一定的参考。
In the knowledge-economy era, the change of the population structure, the need of people for the transformation of physical education, and the rapid development of the career of entertainment, healing, and exercising all impact strongly on the process of the major of P.E., while providing a superexcellent opportunity. The pattern of training able men of P.E. major is exposing its limitation by the influence of the factors such like penetrating of the reformation of the high education, the expansion of enrollment in high school, the practice of whole-nation exercise, the coming of Beijing Olympic Games, the fiercer situation of employment competition, and so on. With the development of socialistic marketing economy, the social standard of training able men becomes higher and higher. It is obviously unable to satisfy the need of talent person in P.E. if we continue to train them using the traditional pattern. Therefore, it’s a must that we alter our conception, establish a correct talent value tropism in P.E. and perspective manner, and research on a newly training pattern of P.E. major in the new era. This paper investigates and analyses the training actuality of professionals of physical education in physical colleges from seven different universities in Liaoning Province, adopting the literature-material method, researching method, specialist-discussing method, etc. Focusing on this matter, this paper includes the opinions of experts and scholars on the diathesis and capacity required by the professionals of physical education in a new era. Based on the material of training objects, curriculum plan, and tendency of employment and some works of curriculum reformation of P.E., the paper analyses and explore the problems existing in these aspects; the paper also explains the necessity of changing pattern in training physical professionals; the paper brings forward the new connotation of training pattern for physical education professionals by taking the actuality of training as reference. This paper aims at finding a countermeasure, new objects and new pattern for P.E., which affords some references useful for the training of P.E. professionals.
