It is deeply study and analyze the theory of Linear Quadratic Gaussian control and the theory of H∞ control which include in the theory of robust control, and infers some theory in detail, and gets the using method of the two theories in the fact systems. This paper aims at the uncertainty of the macroeconomic systems and atmospheric pollution system which is analyzed and controlled by the theory of Linear Quadratic Gaussian control and the theory of H∞ control, and avoids the effect of the modeling error in systems and the disturbed signal from the system and outside. By using the MATLAB software to simulate, we can get the optimal control strategy. The macroeconomic systems can keep the stability and is exact traced and obtained the guideline which have been given by using the policy of finance and currency in reason. The atmospheric pollution systems can keep the robust stability and the regulated guideline of the systems run in the expectation guideline.
