智能建筑比传统建筑更具综合性与复杂性。在智能建筑的建设过程中,各专业间的协调与配合工作是智能建筑成功的重要保证。本文立足于智能建筑与传统建筑的迥异之处,探讨智能建筑在设计与施工过程中各专业之间的协调问题。在建筑设计阶段,智能建筑的层高、柱网及标准层设计都要比传统建筑考虑更多的影响因素。本文在详细分析这些影响因素之后,提出了具体解决措施。在结构设计阶段,为配合智能化系统设备、布线及施工中预留孔洞的要求,结构设计应从三方面加以配合,首先是荷载的统计,要考虑由于智能化系统设备的配置而增加的荷载。其次是结构构件的具体设计要尽量满足便于监控设备的安装及布线的要求.最后是结构体系的选择。通过对智能建筑核体的常见布局形式及常用结构体系进行分析,本文提出结构布置尽可能与建筑设备融为一体原则进行结构体系的选择。经过论证,得出简体结构、巨型结构等在高层智能建筑中有较好的实用性等结论。在建筑设备专业设计中要做好设备选择、系统监控、周围环境的配合。智能建筑的施工中,要根据智能化系统工程实施的特点,做好进度、质量、成本的管理与控制,并提出一些具体解决措施。 智能建筑的功能定位也是智能建筑所面临的一个有待解决的问题,本文采用了基于模糊集合论和层次分析法(AHP法)的多级模糊综合评价方法,建立了智能化系统的功能评价模型及完整、系统的隶属函数体系。在智能化系统的功能评价过程中,本文根据《智能建筑设计标准》提出了一套解决智能建筑功能评价的评价指标及测评标准,并以公式(E=M+a·n_1+b·n_2+c·n_3)的形式给出了智能化各子系统功能评定的测度方法。本文在完成了智能化系统功能评价之后,再以系统的观点,以智能化系统为子系统,以整座智能建筑为综合系统,建立智能建筑物功能评价模型,并依据本文提出的评价指标、测度方法、隶属函数来研究在智能建筑物这一综合系统中智能化系统的功能权重、功能定位及智能建筑的功能评价问题。最后本文选取了深圳东悦名轩工程为例,进行实例分析,实现了对评价模型的实际操作及具体应用。
The intelligent building is more synthetic and complex than the traditional building. In the construction process of the intelligent building , it is the significant guaranty for the success of intelligent building to coordinate in each subject. Established in the difference between the intelligent building and the traditional building, the coordination problems between each subject in the design and construction process are discussed in this paper. In the phase of architecture design, more influential elements are needed to be considered ,such as the layer height, column net and standard layer .After detailed analyzing these elements, the paper propose the concrete solution. In the phase of structure design, in order to meet the demands of the intelligent system devices installation, wiring and holes obligated, structure design should give harmonization from three aspects: First is the loading statistics, the added loads caused by the intelligent system devices should be considered. Second, the structure component design should meet to the convenience for the supervise devices and the wiring installment The last is the selection of the structure system. By means of analyses to the intelligent building"s nucleus common distribution form and structure system in common use, the paper proposes the rule to select system that structure arrangement should harmonize with the building equipment installation. After demonstration, such conclusions is obtained that such as tube structure, tremendous structure are suitable in intelligent building. In building equipment design, equipment selection, systems supervise and control, and surrounding environment should be cooperated. According to the character of intelligent building implement, schedule, quality and cost should be managed and controlled, some concrete settlement is proposed in the process of intelligent building construct.The function location of intelligent building is also a subject which the intelligent building is facing with . Based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive approach on the basis of fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The function evaluation model and a safe and systematical subordinate function of intelligent system are built up. In the course of function evaluation of intelligent system, according to "the standard of intelligent building design", the paper puts forward aset of evaluation index and estimate standard for function evaluation of intelligent building. And measure method of every intelligent sub-system function evaluation is employed in the form of the formula (E = M + a n, +b-n2 +c- n3). After completing function evaluation of intelligent system, the paper establish an intelligent building function evaluation model with the view of system and the intelligent system as sub-system, the whole intelligent building as comprehensive system. According to the evaluation index , measure method and subordinate function inferred in this paper, the paper study the problem about function evaluation of intelligent instruction and intelligent system function ratio and function location in comprehensive system. At last the project of Shenzhen Dongyue Famous House as an example is analyzed ,the actual operation and concrete applications to evaluation model come true.
