收入分配是当前中国经济发展过程中的一个突出问题,它对市场经济体制的建立和完善、国民经济的持续、快速发展以及社会稳定都具有重要意义。本论文在对当前我国居民收入分配差距的现状进行实证分析的基础上,结合经济增长理论和社会学的新成果,系统研究了我国居民收入差距与经济发展的相互关系,并给出了相应的政策建议。 论文首先对收入分配的基本理论和国内外研究现状进行了简单介绍和回顾,利用大量的统计资料,采用一套比较全面的指标体系对当前我国居民收入分配中的总体状态,以及城镇内部和农村内部收入差距进行了系统分析,并从空间分布和时间序列变化两个方面对省区间的城乡居民收入差距进行了初步研究,得出了地区经济发展水平与城乡居民收入差距之间确实存在着负相关关系的结论。 其次,论文对当前我国居民收入分配差距对经济发展的影响从三个方面进行了分析。第一方面是对经济增长的影响,通过对我国经济增长要素的分析,列举了收入分配影响经济增长的三条基本途径,通过实证分析得出不平等不利于经济增长的结论。第二方面是对消费的影响,提出了居民收入分配格局具有高、中、低三层分化的特征,在考察凯恩斯绝对收入假说模型的基础上,构建了不同收入阶层的收入——消费模型,并通过计量分析得出收入差距扩大会降低居民的平均消费倾向从而直接削弱经济增长的内在拉动力量的结论。第三方面是对投资需求的影响,文章从四个方面分析了收入差距扩大对投资需求的影响,可谓是有利有弊。 再次,论文在对90年代中国与其他经济转轨国家的整体居民收入差距的变化进行初步比较的基础上,得出居民收入差距的扩大是经济转轨国家普遍特征的结论,虽应承认和允许居民之间合理的收入差距的存在,但不能让这种收入差距固有化和扩大化,应采取相应措施控制差距扩大。 最后,针对影响我国居民收入分配差距的实际情况,提出相应的宏观和微观建议。
The personal income distribution always is an outstanding topic during the economic developing in today"s China, which could deeply affect the establishment of the market economic system, the continuance and the growth of national economy, and social stabilization. Using the methods of Economic Growth and Social Science, a positive analysis was done about the personal income difference in today"s China. Then, the relationship of the personal income distribution and the economic development was studied. Some suggestions of policy were given.At first, this paper introduced briefly and reviewed the basic theories of income distribution and the current studying situation both at home and abroad. A series of positive analysis were done about the state of the personal income difference between and inside the urban and rural China. It was said that it really has relevant relations of shouldering between the development level of the regional economy and the personal income difference.Secondly, the influence of the personal income difference in China on the economic development was conduct into three aspects. First aspect was about the economic growth. Through an analysis of key element of our country" economic growth, it enumerated three basic ways of the economic growth influencing income distribution, and drawn the conclusion that the inequality is unfavorable to the economic growth. The second respect was about the consumption. A pattern of the personal income distribution composed of high, middle and low income stratums in China was demonstrated. Then, it was proved by using the new model that the enlarged meeting of personal income difference reduces people"s average propensity to consume, then to weaken the inherent pulling force of the economic growth directly. The third respect was an impact on investment demand. The influence of the personal income difference in China on the investment demand was conduct into four aspects. It may be both advantageous and disadvantageous.Thirdly, an international comparison also was down. Through comparison, a conclusion was drawn that it is the general characteristics of these countries that the income difference was expanded. Although we should acknowledge and allow the existence of the rational personal income difference, but couldn"t make it melt and magnify inherently, on the other hand, we should take the corresponding measure to
