在知识经济时代,高等职业教育的主要任务是为社会培养所需的高素质应用型人才。然而,随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,也出现了越来越多的问题。人才培养模式作为人才培养中的核心要素,随着社会经济的发展,有必要在培养模式方面,进行必要的改革和创新。 针对我国高等职业教育人才培养模式现状,结合当前四种典型模式即:产学研结合模式、订单式人才培养模式、以就业为导向的人才培养模式、双证书人才培养模式,进行了比较研究;指出现存的主要问题。如:人才培养目标定位不够准确;师资队伍力量结构不合理;实践教学质量不高等。这些问题产生的原因主要是由于高职原有人才培养模式存在的局限性和不足造成的。 通过国外发达国家高等职业教育四种典型人才培养模式的比较研究,即:英国的BTEC模式;澳大利亚的TAFE模式;加拿大、美国的CBE模式;德国的双元制模式这四种模式,分析了国外发达国家人才培养模式方面的特点和发展趋势。具体表现在:以学生为主体的教育思想、培养目标以职业能力为本位、非常注重实践教学环节、重视师资队伍的建设等诸多方面。这对我国高职人才培养模式的创新起到了重要的启示作用。 结合知识经济时代对高职人才的素质要求和国内外高职人才培养模式的比较研究,依据人才培养模式的构建理论,本文研究的高职人才培养模式可总结为“两线并重、四位一体”的外向复合应用型人才培养模式。“两线并重”即理论教学与实践教学并重;“四位一体”即专业设置模式、教学模式、教师培养模式、实践模式实现有机结合为一整体。通过高等职业教育人才培养模式的创新,达到提高应用型人才的培养质量目的。 依据本文高等职业教育人才培养模式的研究成果,结合高职数控专业的人才培养模式现状,针对存在的问题,进行了新模式在高职数控专业的应用分析。 本文研究创新主要体现在:构建“两线并重、四位一体”的人才培养模式;人才培养模式创新研究在高职数控专业的应用分析。
In the era of knowledge economy ,higher vocational education the main task is to nurture and train the community of high-quality talent. However, as China"s Higher Vocational Education of rapid development, there have been more and more problems. Personnel training mode as personnel training in core elements, with the social and economic development, the need for training model, carry out the necessary reforms and innovation. In view of the higher vocational education personnel training mode the status quo, the current combination of four typical patterns: patterns of production and research, personnel training mode-orders, employment-oriented personnel training mode, dual-mode personnel training certificate, a comparison study on the main existing problems. Such as: personnel training targeting is inaccurate; teachers force structure is irrational; practice of teaching quality is not high. The reasons for these problems was mainly due to higher vocational training mode original talent and the limitations caused by inadequate. Through the developed countries of higher vocational education personnel training are the typical model of comparative studies, namely: the United Kingdom BTEC mode; Australia"s TAFE mode; Canada, the United States of the CBE model; Germany"s dual-mode four models, analysis Personnel training in a foreign country, developed models for the characteristics and trends. Specific problems: the students as the main ideological education, vocational training objectives to capacity-based, places great emphasis on practice teaching, teacher attention to the building of the contingent, and many other aspects.
