论文标题:港口网络体系规划方法研究 Research on Planning Measure of Port Network System 论文作者 胡明 论文导师 杨赞,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 交通运输规划与管理 论文单位 大连海事大学,点击次数 291,论文页数 49页File Size2025k 2004-02-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_360117/ 港口,网络规划,方法 port, network programming, method 港口作为我国经济体系中一个重要的基础产业,是维系整个社会再生产正常运转的一个重要环节,其发展水平在相当程度上也影响和制约着对外贸易的发展。随着世界经济全球化发展,沿海港口功能的多元化,使沿海港口对城市、地区和国家经济发展的促进作用越来越明显。 我国当前的港口网络的密度及其规模与能力等都远远落后于众多发达国家和地区,而对港口建设的投入不足,又致使这一状况很难在较短时期内得到根本性扭转。从我国基本国情和现有经济实力出发,全面发展港口建设的时机尚不成熟,一哄而起只会造成严重的内耗和相互制约。因此,从国民经济宏观调控的角度认真研究我国沿海港口现状和港口网络的布局与分工,从而合理确定基础设施和资金的重点投入,显得尤为重要。 本文针对这一问题,在大量查阅文献资料和实际调查研究的基础上,对我国港口网络规划现状和问题进行了分析。文章分别对港口网络的功能、地位和港口网络规划的基本思想进行了较为系统的阐述。在全面分析的基础上,提出了我国港口网络规划的方法,主要是对于聚类分析法及其应用作了较详细的介绍。最后指出我国港口网络系统规划的目标与任务。本文对于优化资源配置,促进我国交通运输市场体系的建立、健全与健康发展,具有一定的现实意义和战略影响。 Ports are important intersect points in logistics chains and consequently have their role to play in enhancing the development of international trade. So port industry can be regarded as a fundamental industry maintaining the development of national and international economy. With the development of world economy, this becomes ever so important. This requires the design and implementation of appropriate networks programming for the seaports systems.At present, the port system in china is far from perfect. Both the network arrangement and port capacity fall behind many other countries" ports. What" s more, the lack of enough and effective investments makes it impossible to change the situation in a short period. And the low-class constructions can lead to a waste of money and malignant competition. So in the view of national macro economy, we need to do the study of how the limited resources should be allocated and made the best use. Thus, improve the shipping and transportation conditions of China.On the basis of a lot of paper researches and investigations, this paper analyzes the actuality of Chinese ports, as well as the problems exist now. Then set forth the ideas about the port network" s functions, as well as the port network system programming. Then points out the aims and methods for Chinese ports network system programming. A clustering analysis method was introduced to help the programming work in this paper.
