论文标题:四念处观法 Methods of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness 论文作者 论文导师 陈兵,论文学位 博士,论文专业 宗教学 论文单位 四川大学,点击次数 167,论文页数 161页File Size15603K 2007-03-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_36469342/ Theravada/Mahayana ;; sutra ;; pitaka ;; Maha ;; satipatthana ;; Sutta;;Commentary books 根据巴利佛典的说法,四念处法是佛证得无上正等正觉时在心中现起的最初的法门,南传佛教认为四念处是通向涅槃的唯一的道路。本文在广泛浏览了律藏、经藏和论藏的相关文献后,并结合相关的经典的注释和注疏,和一些历史著作,以巴利文的《大念处经》为主对四念处的修行方法进行了全面深入的研究。本文同时也依据《阿毗达磨藏》及《清净道论》等著作对上座部关于身、受、心、法等重要概念进行了系统的分析。 本文除过“绪论”之外,一共有六章。第一章是关于巴利三藏和四念处经典的概要介绍,第二章至第五章依次介绍了身念处、受念处、心念处、法念处的修行方法和相关内容。第六章是关于四念处的修行成果。在所有的六章中,对于相关的经文,都附上了相应的巴利文字,并对巴利文的《大念处经》进行了相应的汉语译文。 第一章“巴利佛典和《念处经》”,共有三小节,简要介绍了南传佛教的四次结集和巴利三藏的纲要和主要内容,并对巴利三藏中和四念处相关的经典进行了简明、概括的介绍,指出《大念处经》在四念处修行中的重要价值。关于四念处的修行原则也在这个部分进行了介绍。 第二章“身念处”,共有四节,介绍了上座部佛教对身(kaya)的定义、身的种类、身念处的修行准备、身念处的修习方法等方面的内容。其中身念处的十四种方法是本章最为重要的内容。 第三章“受念处”,共有四节,主要讨论了受的定义、受的分类方法、受念处的修行方法和指导受念处修行的观照智慧。 第四章“心念处”,共有四节,主要讨论了心的定义、心与识蕴、六种识、意处、七识界的关系,心的相、作用、现起、近因,同时根据《阿毗达磨藏》和《摄阿毗达磨义论》的相关分类方式,对心进行了不同形式的分类,之后,还对心的十四种作用和心路过程心、离心路过程心进行了讨论。最后是心念处的修习方法。 第五章“法念处”,共有三节,讨论了法念处的两种定义,法念处的五种修行内容和法念处五种观修内容的具体观修方法。在法念处的五种修行内容中,对五盖、五取蕴、十二处、七觉支、四圣谛分别进行了解释和说明。 第六章“修行四念处的成果”,是依据《大念处经》的相关文字,对修行四念处的成果的说明。精进修行四念处经过七年或者七天的人,可以得到两种成果,一种是阿罗汉果,如果不能断尽烦恼,可以得到阿那含果。所以,佛说四念处是使众生清净、超越忧愁和悲伤、灭除痛苦和烦恼、成就正道、现证涅槃的唯一道路。 According to the Buddhist Scriptures in Pali Language, the Four Foundations ofMindfulness is the only path leading to Nibbana(Enlightenment), which is the firstinitial approach rising to the mind of the Lord Buddha, and "Theravada Buddhism"holds that it is also the only way achieving the Supreme Bliss(Nirvana). After having read up the related literature (elementary tents) on Disciplive(律藏) Discourses (经藏) Metaphysics (论藏), the Commentaries (Attakata) (注释)and Tika(Sub commcntaries) (注疏). On other Buddhist Sutras as well as theclassics of earlier writers, I have been trying to make a Comprehensive and thoroughstudy of the methods of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness bases on SatipattanaSutta, and I have also made a systematic analysis of the significant Conception ofKayanupassana, Vedanupassana, Cittanupassana, and Dhammanupassana referring tosome Buddhistie works such as, Abhidamma《阿毗达磨藏》Vimuktimagga andVisuddhimagga, etc. The present work contains six chapters in addition to "the introduction" Chapterone provides a brief introuduction of "Tripitaka in Pali" and the Four Foundations ofMindfulness(Satara sati patthana sutta). From chapter two through chapter five, themethods and relevant Contents of Kayanupassana, Vedanupassana, Cittanupassana,and Dhammanupassana is presented successively. Chapter six relates the benefits ofPracticing "the Four Foundations of Mindfulness". All of the six chapters areattached corresponding Pali characters and Chinese translation(四念处) of Mahasatipattana Sutta. Chapter one "Buddhist Scriptures in Pali and the Discourse on Mindfulness (Satara sati patthana sutta)" Containing three section gives an account of theoutline and contents of四次结集and Pali Tripitaka, It also makes a concise andbrief introduction of the relevant Buddhistie Suttas as well as points out thesignificant merit of "the Four Foundations of Mindfulness" and introduces theprinciple of Practicing "the Four Foundations of Mindfulness" Basing on thedoctrine of Theravada Tipitaka (上座部佛教). Chapter two"Kayanupassana"Containing four sections provides an account ofthe definition of Kaya, the objects, the preparation and the methods of practicingThese fourteen methods (Chattalisa kammatthana) of "Kayanupassana" should bethe most important parts of this chapter. Chapter three"Vedanupassana"Containg four sections focuses on the definition,the objects methods of. Chapter four "Cittanupassana" Containing four Sections aims and expondingthe definition; the relation between the Six aggregate mind and mindfulness thereality; the function; the arising of "Cittanupassana" and factors for it as well asclassifying different states of the mind basing on Abbidhamma pitaka《阿毗达磨藏》and Abhi dhamma Atthakata《摄阿毗达磨义论》, furthermore I"ve also given aexposition of the mind and the process to practicing "Cittanupassana", Finally, themethod of practicing "Cittanupassana" is demonstrated clearly. Chapter Five"Dhammanupassana"Containing three sections, exponds twodefinitions of Dhammanupassana, five objects (Nivarana, pancupadanakkhandha,Ayatana, Bojjhanga, Sacca) of "dhamanupassana", and the method of practicing"Dhammanupassana" in which a full exposition of the five aspects of"Dhammanupassana" namely, The Five Hindrance (panchanivarana) part, FireAggregatte (Panchas kanda) Part, six Senses (Sadayatana) Part, sevenEnlightenment (Satta Bojjanga) Part, and the Four Noble Truths (Catu sacca) partare also given in detail.By referring to relevant doctrine of "Maha satipattana sutta". Chapater six gives a primary introduction of the benefits of practicing the FourFoundations of Mindfulness which enables one to achieve the stage of non-returner(Anagami) or the final stage (Arahanth)。Varying according to practicing continuously for seven days or seven years. Therefore, the Buddha Teaches thus: "This way, Monks the only Way to thepurification (Vissuddhi) of beings, for the overcoming of Sorrow (Dukka) andLamentation (Domanassa), for the destroying of Pain and grief, for reaching theRight Path, for the realization of "Nibbana (Enlighten ment)", namely the FourFoundations of Mindfulness. (Satara satipatthana sutta)".
