由于受到矿产资源的不可再生性和耗竭性的制约，资源型城市与其企业呈现出特殊的发展规律。我国大部分资源型城市存在着企业控制着城市，企业与城市之间具有高度的依赖性和兴衰与共的明显特征。因此，资源型城市企业集团的研究是资源型城市经济可持续发展的一个重大问题。 本文以产业经济学和城市经济学的基本理论为基础，剖析了资源型城市与企业集团的关系，指出企业集团是资源型城市产业结构优化升级的重要力量。通过运用理论与实践相结合的研究方法，运用定性与定量分析相结合的方法，在全面分析资源型城市企业的规模经济与规模结构状况基础上；着重研究了资源型城市与企业集团的共同发展模式和不同类型矿产资源企业集团的模式。较深入地探讨了资源型城市企业集团的构建及策略。最后，运用实证分析方法研究了资源型城市兖州、济宁兖矿集团的构建模式和发展战略。
The resource-style cities and the enterprise take on special development law for the restriction of no regeneration and exhaustion of the mineral resources. The most resource-style cities in our country exist in the obvious characteristic that enterprises control cities and enterprises, cities highly depend on each other and they rise and decline together. Therefore, the study on enterprise group of resource-style cities is an important problem for the sustainable development of resource-style cities.The dissertation is based on the theory of industrial economics and city economics. The relation of enterprise group and resource-style cities was analyzed. It also indicated that enterprise group has important power during the upgrading and optimizing of the industrial structure. By means of theory and practice, the enterprise economic of scale and structure of scale in resource-style cities were completely analyzed. By means of the quality and quantity, suitable scale of enterprise group of Chinese resource-style cities and the pattern of different type enterprise group are put forwards. The article explored thoroughly the construction and the strategy of the enterprise group in resource-style cities. Finally, by means of showing example, The paper analyzed the successful construction and development strategy of mining Yan enterprise group in Yan Zhou and Ji Ning city.
