人类社会已经进入知识经济时代,我国社会主义市场经济在向纵深发展,教育作为经济发展的支柱产业,必须用先进的教育思想、教育模式、教育手段和现代化科技成果为社会服务。而传统的教学方式主要是通过黑板、教科书等媒体进行教学,这些媒体在承载信息的种类和能力及使用的方便程度上都具有较大的局限性。因此,随着电子技术、通信技术、信息处理技术的高度发展,大量电子媒体如幻灯、投影、录音、电影、录像、计算机等相继出现,传统教学方式必须改革。而多媒体组合教学吸取了传统教学方式的精华,并与各种现代化的教学媒体相结合,以多方位、多层次的信息传输,为教学注入了新的活力,也为我国教学改革开创了新局面。本文通过烹饪教学实践研究,借助现代信息技术、多媒体技术、计算机技术平台的支持,提出了运用多媒体组合教学优化烹饪专业教学,使教师教得轻松、学生学得愉快,大大提高了教学效率。
Since mankind society has already entered the knowledge-based economy age and our socialism market economy is to the deeper development , education as the main property of economy development, it must use the advanced education thought, education mode, education methods and modernize scientific and technical fruits to service the social. But the traditional teaching methods primarily use those mediums such as blackboard and textbook, etc. These mediums has many limitations in the category and ability of loading information and the convenient of using these mediums. Therefore, along with the high development of electronics techniques, communication techniques and information treatment techniques, large quantity electronics mediums such as slide show, projection, recording, movie, video and computer etc. appeared one after another, and the traditional teaching methods must reform. The multi-media component teaching absorbs the essence of the traditional teaching methods, and combines together with different modern teaching mediums, and delivers information in many ways and many levels, then infuses new vitality for teaching, and also founds the new situation for our reform in education. This text put forwards that we should use multi-media component teaching to optimize cooking specialized teaching through researching the cooking teaching practice and with the help of modern communication techniques, multi-media techniques and computer techniques , then to make teachers teach relaxed, students learn pleased, and raise the teaching efficiency enormously.
