The Observation;Chu An-ping;Liberalism intellectual
20世纪40年代后期(1946—1948)的《观察》，被认为是现代中国最有影响的报刊之一。学术界对它的研究尚处于起步阶段。而前人对其为数不多的研究，大都注重挖掘史料价值。本文试图对《观察》周刊作一全面、系统的研究，通过对上世纪40年代后期作为自由主义重镇的《观察》周刊及聚集在其周围的一批自由主义知识分子的研究，来探讨中国自由主义在40年代的状况，并由此凸显现代中国自由主义刊物的个性特征。
The Observation, during 1946-1948, is regarded as one of the most influencing publications in modern China. The academic researches on it is still be placed in the start stage. But the past researches mostly paid attention to the value of historical materials with the weekly. This article tries to study the Observation with a complete, systemic way. By studying the Observation and some liberalism intellectuals who coming together at its surrounding at period of 40 ages, the article makes a try to discuss modem Chinese liberlism"s status, then tells the characters of modern Chinese liberalism publications.
