随着生活水平的提高,人们对健康的关注,养生越来越成为热门话题,但由于对养生思想认识的不足,加之投机分子的错误导向,使人们很难分辨真伪,本文主要从能体现中国医学养生特色的几个方面对中医养生思想进行了整理、归纳、研究与阐发。 中医养生学是以中医基础理论为指导,涉及多学科知识在内的一门学科。中医理论体系的特点,深深地体现在中医养生学中,并且指导着养生的具体方法。中医养生学与中国传统文化根柢相连,密不可分。古代传统文化思想对中医养生思想的产生也起到了不可忽视的作用。 随着社会的发展,中医养生又增添了许多内容。由于篇幅有限,本文只从起居养生、精神养生、运动养生、饮食养生、房事养生这五个与自我保健密切相关的方面进行了收集与整理,结合现代的一些相关研究,以及当今的一些社会现象,对中医养生思想的特点进行了阐述。 养生就是根据生命发展的规律,采取能够保养身体,减少疾病,增进健康,延年益寿的手段,所进行的保健活动。因此“预防观”和“培养正气”贯穿于养生思想的整个过程中。通过对天人相应依据的收集,对静神动形的整理,主要体现出养生的整体观。中医养生方法是因人而异的,其中包含了对人的不同社会背景、不同地区、不同季节等养生方法也不完全相同,但指导它的养生思想是一致的,因此中医养生又是辩证的养生。由于中医养生学是以中华民族文化为主体背景下发生发展起来的,所以中国传统文化也深深的体现在中医养生思想中,并指导着中医养生实践。诸子百家在养精神、护形体、节嗜欲、和情志、调饮食等方面的观点是基本一致的,从不同角度阐述了养生的要旨,他们的学说对中医养生学基础的奠定起着重要的作用。曾被儒家认为道德的最高境界——中庸思想,体现在中医养生的各个方面,比如顺应自然、起居有常的和谐观,调利情志、静以养神的重心神观,适当运动、动静结合的动形达郁观,调和血味、饮食有节的重后天之本观,重视房事、房事有节的节欲保精观等。中医养生将人与自然、社会融合在一起,将重视心神、重先后天之本贯穿于人的整个生命活动中,进一步体现了中医养生内容的博大精深。本文还对生物钟理论、现代生活压力、辟谷现象、现代人房事观等方面的文献进行了收集、整理,从而运用现代手段对古代养生思想进行了论证。
Along with the living standard elevated,people pay attention to the health. Health cultivation become the popular subject.But because of the shortage of the knowledge on health cultivation thought and speculator"s error lead,people difficult to discern the truth or false.Arranging,inducing,researching and interpreting on health cultivation thought from several aspects of special features of the preserve one"s health of TCM are the text"s chief aim.The study of the preserve one"s health of TCM is a subject which guided by the elements theoretics of TCM and referred to many subjects" knowledge.The study of the preserve one"s health of TCM can reflect the feature of the system of theoretics of TCM which direct the specific methods of the preserve one"s health.The intimate relation between the study of the preserve one"s health of TCM and Chinese traditional culture is important.The effect of the ancient traditional culture on the production of the preserve one"s health idea of TCM can not be ignored.As the social development, the preserve one"s health of TCM increases much content.Beacuse of the limited length of writing,this text explains the feature of the preserve one"s health idea of TCM only from five aspects.such as preserve one"s health of the sitting, preserve one"s health of spirit, preserve one"s health of exercise, preserve one"s health of food and preserve one"s health of sexual.which close related to self-help.Preserve one"s health is a activity of health care which based on the rule of life development and adopt the methods to take good care of one"s health,diminish disease,salubrity and macrobiosis.So prevent point of view and pei yang zheng qi are penetrated in the whole process of the preserve one"s health idea.The zheng ti guang of the preserve one"s health can be embodied by the collected evidence of tian ren xiang yin and the arranging of jin sheng dong xing.According to the people"s differences of social backgrounds,in areas and in seasons.the methods of the preserve one"s health are not identical.But the preserve one"s health idea is uniform,so the preserve one"s health of TCM is also dialectical yang sheng.Because the study of the preserve one"s health of TCM develops from the background of the Chinese national culture,so the subject can embody the culture and guide the practice.Many scholars" viewpoints on yang jin sheng,hu xin ti,jie shi yu,he qin zhi and tiao yin shi are uniform.These can explain the keystone from different
