农业，一种源于人类生存的最古老的行业；电子商务，一种人类突破现有发展空间的最先进的方式；在当前广西面临着“入世”和“中国—东盟”自由贸易区的建立等新形势下，广西农业能否并应如何利用电子商务这一穿越时空的发展利器，充分发挥其资源优势，从而实现跨越式发展呢?对此，笔者试图从古老的农业及新兴的电子商务二者的特点入手，论述二者结合的必然性和紧迫性，并结合农业改革及农业电子商务在国内外的发展状况，提出广西发展农业电子商务的意义。在进一步分析广西农业电子商务发展现状的基础上，不盲目照搬国外的模式，而是通过思考及深入社会现场调查，尤其是借鉴了广西食糖中心批发市场的成功发展经验，找到广西发展农业电子商务的思路和突破口，从而提出一个适合广西区情的发展战略。该战略中，笔者对发展广西农业电子商务提出了二条途径及三个发展阶段，不仅对一些落后地区从可行性出发，依据现有发展条件，找出适应其发展阶段的具体实施办法；而且还注意用发展的眼光看待问题，充分挖掘广西发展农业电子商务的潜力。最后对该战略实施时的配套政策措施作了一些探讨。
Compared to agriculture, the most ancient way oriented from the survival of human beings, Electrical Commerce (E-C), is the most advanced way that breaks through the existing mode of human"s living. May the agriculture of GuangXi Province would take the advantage of this efficient instrument to enlarge the dealing space, used the resource superiority entirely for improving the economy especially when China becomes the member of WTO and the CAFTA have been established. And how to do it? According to this problem, the article below will try to use the economics theory to discuss the inevitability and the pressing need by the characteristic of such two forms-the agriculture and the E-commerce. Further more, the meaning of developing the E-C of GuangXi Province"s agriculture will be described synthetically combined to the development of which is now in our country and overseas. Then, based on the analysis of the actuality of the development of GuangXi Province"s E-commerce of agriculture and the province"s advantage, not copying the pattern of other country, the writer try to find out the entrance of developing the E-Commerce of GuangXi Province"s agriculture by oneself. After performing the local investigation, especially absorbing the successful experience of Guangxi Sugar Exchange Center, a strategy and a relative mode will be put forward. There are two ways and three developing stages in this strategy. The writer tries to not only find out the appropriate way for the poor rural area, but also notice the potential of developing the E-Commerce of GuangXi Province"s agriculture. Finally, additional illumination will be held to demonstrate the possible problems and the relative solutions.
