It isn"tcompatible, and cannot be shared. To solve the questions in the process of the graph moduleconstruction, we changed the vision to eXtensible Markup Language – XML and ScalableVector Graphics – SVG, which is based on the XML and is used to descript vector graph inthe form of the text. In the paper, a method to express the graph information of power systembased on XML and SVG is proposed. We discuss how to use SVG to express the powersystem devices" graph information, then research hoe to unify with the IEC61850 diagramstructural model to realize graph information standardized. On the base of the research, thepaper designs a model based on the B/S structure, which is used to issue the power systemgraph through network. The structure and the work flow of the model are discussed. Finally,the model function is partially realized, for instance the inquiry of equipment simple attributeinformation. At last, the paper analyses dynamic demonstration of real-time data in the clients"Browser.
