本文以辩证的整体观和发展观透视当代世界的经济增长，对经济增长的因素和方式进行动态的研究，与此同时，又对我国的经济增长作出了具体分析并提出一些合理的建议。本文由引言和六个章篇构成。 引言阐述本文的主题与指导思想。 第一章对经济增长总体的基本认识，主要是阐述经济增长的定义与基本特征，分析经济增长的源泉，并且进一步说明经济增长的方式，对经济增长方式的不同类型与划分的根据作了比较细致的探讨。 第二章经济增长的资本因素，阐明资本与经济增长的关系，进而研讨经济增长的资本来源，并对经济增长的世情与国情作了历史分析。 第三章经济增长的人力因素，阐明人力资源的特点及其作用原理，论述人力资源的质量，以及人力资源的配置，并对开发利用人力资源的国际成功经验和在我国加速实现人力资源的市场化配置作了分析。 第四章经济增长的技术因素，论述经济发展离不开技术进步，科学技术是第一生产力，进而证明技术进步对经济的巨大推动作用是通过生产力诸要素发生巨大变革而起作用的，技术进步对经济的推动作用还表现为对劳动生产率和生产社会化程度的提高，以及对产业结构进行调整和优化，此外还对我国促进技术进步的战略构想作了研讨。 第五章经济增长方式的演变，介绍经济发展的不同阶段其增长方式也不相同。强调经济增长方式的转变是一般规律：发达国家以高新技术为依托，实现经济增长方式的新的转变；东亚国家和地区制定新的经济发展战略，及时调整产业结构，也迅速地实现了经济增长方式的转变。继之进一步研讨中国经济增长方式的转变问题，通过对我国经济增长方式的历史考察，强调我国实现经济 厂 二硕士学位论文 W叶yAWlIR’Sn压讥 增长方式转变的必要性与迫切性，以及回答怎样实现经济增长方式的转变问 题。 第六章从“天人合一”的观点看经济增长，阐述可持续发展的思想，强调 经济持续性、生态的持续性以及社会的持续性三者的有机统一，必须兼顾，并 进一步探讨中国的可持续发展战略，以经济增长为着眼点，具体地论述了实现 这一战略的各项措施。
This article is to discuss the economic development of the modern world on the viewpoint of dialectical idea of unity and development, make a dynamic research into the factors and models of the economic drevelopment, make a concrete analysis of the economic development, put forward some rational suggestions at the same time. This article consists one epigraph and the other six chapters.The epigraph is about the topic and the guiding principle of this article. Chapter one is about the general knowledge of economic development. It talks about the definition and basic feature of economic development, analyzes the sources of economic development, and further explains the mode of economic development, and discusses the different types and categorization basis of economic development.Chapter two is about the capital elements of economic development. It clarifies the relation between the capital and the economic development, discusses the capital resources, and makes a historical analysis of the national and the international situations in the economic development.Clapter three is about the human element of economic development. It disserts the feature and the effect principle of the human resources, discusses the quality and the deployment of the human resources, analyzes the successful international experiences of exploring and developing the human resources, and accelerating the deployment of human resouces in national market.Chapter four is about the technical factors of economic development. Economic development depends on technology progress.science is the firstproductivity. The development of technology promotes the economic greatly, as a result of great changes occurred to factors of productive force.Technology development increases the productivity, promotes the socialization of productive force,adjusts and optimizes the industrial structures, which results in the economic development. Also the strategic conception of promoting technology progress in China is discussed in this chapter.Chapter five is about the change of economic development mode. The development mode varies with the economic development. It is stressed that the change of economic development mode is a general principle. Developed countries realize the upgrading of economic development mode relying on high technologies. Eastern Asian countries and regions also have realized the upgrading of economic development mode rapidly by making new economic development plan and adjusting industrial structures in time.Further the economic development mode in China is discussed. In this chapter,after a historical exam of national economic development mode, the necessity and urgency of the change are recognized, and how to realize the upgrading is answered.Chapter six talks about the economic development on the viewpoint of "the integration of human and the nature" , discusses the idea of sustainable development, accounts for the organic unity of economic sustainable, ecological sustainable and social sustainable. Chinese strategic sustainable development plan should focus on economic development. And the measures of realizing the strategic plan are discussed in detail.
