抗日战争时期的抗战文化，无论就其对激发国人爱国热情、凝聚国人同仇敌忾所起的巨大作用来说，还是就其对后来的重大影响来说，都是卓著的。新疆抗战文化是全国抗战文化的重要组成部分，也应如斯观。 文化包括文化活动与文化成果。抗战文化，是活动方式与活动成果的辩证统一，因而本文既不是对文化活动的简单描述，也不是单纯地对文化活动成果作抽象分析，而是力求两者的有机结合。 全文共分四个部分。 第一部分：概述了新疆抗战文化的形成和发展，梳理了新疆抗战文化形成和发展的背景及历程。 第二部分：分析了新疆抗战文化形成和发展的原因，从全国时局和新疆的有关组织基础、物质条件、客观环境以及关键因素等多方面、多视角地展开。 第三部分：概括了新疆抗战文化的特点和作用。从全国抗战文化促进了新疆抗战文化的形成和发展，新疆抗战文化是全国抗战文化的重要组成部分这一视角和定位出发，认为新疆抗战文化既有全国抗战文化的共性、普遍性，又有新疆抗战文化发展的个性、特殊性，从两者比较中得出四方面的特点，即：新疆抗战文化是以具有新疆特点的抗日民族统一战线为存在和发展的基础，是以“反帝会”为群众组织形式，表现为阶段性高涨而不是持续高涨，表现形式多以新疆各民族文化为载体而呈现多样性等。同时，史论结合，归纳了新疆抗战文化的多方面作用：新疆抗战文化促进了新疆各族人民的爱国觉悟，增强了他们的抗战意识；激发了新疆各族人民援助抗日和建设新疆的热情，保证了国际通道的畅通；培养了文化骨干，为新疆文化的发展打下了坚实的基础；拓展了新疆文化教育事业的内容、形式和渠道，为新疆各族人民培养了一批革命人才；改善了新疆各民族、各区域的文化不平衡性。 第四部分：总结出新疆抗战文化的若干启示：中国共产党的领导是新疆各民族团结、社会稳定、经济发展的根本保证；相信、依靠和团结各族人民，是新疆繁荣昌盛的力量之源；维护稳定和注重经济、文化发展，是新疆社会稳定和进步的两大主题；爱国主义是新疆抗战文化的核心，是新疆发展的历史血脉；新疆各族人民的利益与祖国人民的利益是一致的，新疆是祖国不可分割的一部分；先进文化是新疆社会前进发展的先导。
Wartime culture during the period of Anti-Japanese war was outstanding both in the great role it played in inspiring national patriotism and uniting the Chinese people with deep hatred for the aggressors and in the tremendous impact it had on subsequent events. So is the wartime culture in xinjiang, as it is an essential part of the overall wartime culture in china.Culture consists of cultural activities and cultural achievements. As the Anti-Japanese wartime culture was a dialectical unity of activities and achievements, this paper is neither a simple description of cultural activities nor an abstract analysis of cultural results. Instead it tries to seek an organic unity of both.This paper consists of four parts:Part one generalizes the formation and development of xinjiang Anti-Japanese wartime culture and traces its background and history.Part two analyzes in a multilevel, multi-angle manner, the causes for the formation and development of the culture in terms of concerned organizational basis, material conditions, objective environment and other key factors both in xinjiang and in other parts of china.Part three summarizes the characteristics of the culture and the role it had played. With the view to the proposition that wartime culture in xinjiang had been developed and established under the advancement of national wartime culture and was an essential part of it, this paper thinks that wartime culture in xinjiang shared a lot with national wartime culture and had its own peculiarities. A comparison between derives four characteristics. Wartime culture in xinjiang took the National Anti-Japanese united front characteristic of xinjiang as the basis for its existence and development and took "Anti-Imperialist Association" as its mass organizations. Itexpressed itself in the form of phasic climax rather than consecutive climax. It diversified as its expressions were carried by national cultures. At the same time, by integrating historical records and academic analysis, this paper sums up many of the role the wartime culture in xinjiang played. The culture promoted the patriotic awakening on the part of all nationalities in xinjiang and built up their Anti-Japanese awareness; it aroused their fervor in assisting Anti-Japanese activities and constructing xinjiang, thus ensuring that the international channels were unimpeded; by cultivating cultural mainstay, it laid solid foundation for the cultural development in xinjiang; by extending the contents, forms and channels, it trained a batch of revolutionary talents for all nationalities; and it improved the cultural unbalance between nationalities and between regions in xinjiang.Part four summarizes the implication of the wartime culture. The leadership by the communist party of china is the vital guarantee of national unity, social stability and economic development in xinjiang; to trust, rely on and unite all nationalities is the source of power for the prosperity of xinjiang; to maintain stability and to emphasize the cultural and economic development are the two themes of the social stability and progress; The core of wartime culture in xinjiang is patriotism which is also vital to xinjiang" s development; the interest of all nationalities in xinjiang and that of our homeland are identical, and xinjiang is the indispensable part of our homeland ;advanced culture is the guide of xinjiang" s development.
