论文标题:不同营养水平全饲粮颗粒料肥育羔羊的效果 EFFECTS OF COMPLETE PELLETS WITH DIFFERENT NUTRITIONAL LEVEL ON FATTENING LAMBS 论文作者 淡瑞芳 论文导师 郑中朝,论文学位 硕士,论文专业 动物营养与饲料科学 论文单位 甘肃农业大学,点击次数 98,论文页数 27页File Size893k 2001-06-01论文网 http://www.lw23.com/lunwen_39817807/ 羔羊,肥育,全饲粮颗粒饲料,营养水平, 日增重,消化,代谢 Lamb,Fattening,Complete Diet Pellets,Nutritional Level, Digestion,Metabolism 将27只陶塞特(♂)与藏羊(♀)的杂交一代(3.5~4月龄)公羔分为3个试验组(A、B、C),每组9只,每只为一个重复。通过饲养试验、消化代谢试验研究了1、0.9、0.8倍NRC能量、蛋白质水平全饲粮颗粒料肥育羔羊的效果。饲养试验结果表明:三个试验组采食量依次为1145.8、1382.7、1474.0g/d,A组极显著低于B、C组(P<0.01),B组每日实际摄入量的消化能和粗蛋白(16.60MJ和220.12g)高于A(15.62MJ和183.45g)、C组(15.42MJ和211.35g);各试验组羔羊日增重依次为0.225、0.238、0.206kg,B组日增重显著高于C组(P<0.05),A、B组饲料转化效率极显著优于C组(P<0.01)。消化代谢试验结果显示:(1)试验B组羔羊的饲粮、能量与氮的食入量、ADF消化量显著高于A组(P<0.05),能量存留量和氮存留量、ADF消化率有高于A组的倾向;B组表观消化能、能量消化率、能量存留量、能量存留率、氮的表观消化量与存留量,以及蛋白存留率等方面均呈优于C组的趋势,氮的表观消化率显著优于C组(P<0.05)。(2)B组Ca、P的食入量极显著高于A组(P<0.01);但三组间表观消化率、消化量、存留量及存留率差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)C组羔羊的ADF消化量和消化率显著(P<0.05)高于A和B组,B组高于(P<0.05)A组。根据本试验结果可认为,在应用全饲粮颗粒料饲养技术条件下,0.9倍NRC能量和蛋白质水平(精粗比为53.3:46.7),对3.5~4月龄羔羊育肥效果最好,其能量、氮、ADF和钙、磷的利用状况均较好,可在规模化与集约化羔羊肥育中推广应用。0.8倍NRC水平的肥育及综合利用效果虽不及1与0.9倍NRC水平,但其精料用量低(36.9%),在精料比较缺乏或养殖状况较粗放的地区也可选用。 An experiment was conducted by using otal of 27 crossbred lambs(3 .5- 4months) of Poll Dorest( ) X Tibetan sheep(-) to investigate the effects of complete pellet feed with different nutritional levels( NRC recommended value, 0.9 X NRC, 0.8 X NRC) on fattening lambs. A single factorial arrangement of treaUnents was adopted in the experiment. Lambs were randomly divided into three treatments(A group, B group and C group). The results of feeding trail showed as follows: the intakes of food were 1145.8, 1382.7 and 1474.OgId in group A, B, C respectively. The intakes of food in group B and C were better than that in group A(P<0.01). The intakes of DE and CP in group B(16.6OMJ, 220.12g) was better than that in group A(15.62MJ, 183.45g) and group C(15.42MJ, 211.35g). Average daily gain were 0.255, 0.238 and 0.206kg in group A, B, C respectively. Average daily gain was higher in group B than that in group C(P<0.05). Feed conversion ratio in group A. B were better than that in group C(P<0.01). The results of digestion and balance experiment showed that (1) the intakes of diet, energy, nitrogen and digestible acid detergent fiber(ADF) in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.0 1). The apparently digestibility of nitrogen in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).(2) The intakes of Ca, P in group B were higher significantly than that in group A(P<0.0 1), but there was no significant difference in digestible quantity, apparently digestibility, retention quantity and retention rate of Ca and P among three groups(P>O.05). (3) The digestible ADF and digestibility of ADF in group C were better than that in group A and group B, and that in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05). The results of this study demonstrate that 0.9 X NRC nutritional level has the best effect on fattening lambs(3.5-4months) in the case of complete pellet feed. The energy, nitrogen, ADF, Ca and P of feed were also utilized well in this level group. It can be concluded that 0.9 X NRC nutritional level complete pellet feed could be popularized in intensive fattening lambs. 0.8 XNRC nutritional level has no better effect than I and 0.9 NRC nutritional level, but the proportion of concentrate was the lowest(36.9%), and it can be used in those areas where concentrate was insufficient.
