信息化是当今世界经济与社会发展的大趋势和新经济的必然产物，是由工业社会进入信息社会的一个动态过程。在这一个动态的、复杂的过程中，由于信息技术、信息资源、信息网络等的介入，有效降低资源、能源消耗；也由于信息的运用，知识的创新成为一个国家发展的关键，使得人们越来越重视自身科学文化素质、创新能力的培养，最终实现人的全面发展。但是，由于信息的大量介入而引起的信息污染问题、新的环境污染、生态破坏问题，以及信息技术的两重性对人的主体性造成的负面效应，使得信息化也面临可持续发展问题。同时，在信息化浪潮的影响下，可持续发展要实现创新，解决资源问题，以及减少其代价问题，都必须依靠信息化这一手段，进而才能最终实现社会的全面发展。本文对信息化与可持续发展的关系进行研究，提出“信息化是实现可持续发展的手段和保证，可持续发展是信息化的指导思想和方向”的观点，并在此基础上，根据我国信息化与可持续发展的现状，提出“以科学的发展观为指导，实现信息化与可持续发展两者的结合”的观点。
The informationization is the main trends of the current world economy and social development and an inevitable result of new economy. It is a dynamic process of entering the information society from industrial society. In this dynamic, complicated process, with the involvement of nformation technology, information resources, information network, etc., the consumption of the resource, energy has been reduced effectively; By the application of information too, the innovation of knowledge becomes a key to the development of a nation, which make people pay attention to the cultivation of one"s own scientific and cultural qualities, innovation ability more and more, and realize people"s development in an all-round way finally. However, with the information of a large amount of information there arise problems such as information pollution new environmental pollution, ecological disruption question, and the positive and negative effects of the information technology cause to people"s subjectivity, which makes it face the sustainable development problem. Meanwhile, under the influence of information-based tide, sustainable development could promote innovation, solve resource problem, reduce its cost issue only if it relies on the means of the informationization, and then could realize the development in an all-round way of the society finally. This paper researched the relation between informationization and sustainable development, puts forward a view that " informationization is the eans and guarantee of ustainabledevelopment, puts forward a view that " informationization is the eans and guarantee of ustainable development and sustainable development is informationalized guideline and direction ", On this basis, according to the current situations of informationization and sustainable development of our country, the paper proposes an suggestion for our country to realize the combination development of he nformationization and sustainable development with scientific development view.
