经济增长是全世界各个国家和地区共同关注的一个主题，在现代经济增长理论中，新古典增长理论的代表美国经济学家索洛提出的综合要素生产率分析方法(也称全要素生产率分析方法)，第一次对经济增长因素中资本、劳动及其他要素(全要素)通过数学方法进行了计量分析，并建立了新古典增长模型。目前这种计算综合要素生产率的“索洛余值法”也是人们普遍接受的用得最广泛的一种分析综合要素生产率的方法。 重庆地处内陆，是中国西部地区唯一的直辖市，它既是中国经济发展的一个缩影，又代表了中国西部地区经济发展的一些共性，在国家实施西部大开发的战略中，重庆也提出了在2020年建成长江上游经济中心的目标，本文通过最新的数据应用现代经济增长理论分析了重庆经济发展特别是改革开放以来的经济增长历程，旨在探讨影响重庆经济增长的一些主要因素。 本文在前言中论述了研究的主要意义，并回顾了国内外经济增长研究的一些现状情况；对经济增长理论的发展及主要观点进行了论述；对重庆经济增长的总体情况进行了描述，论述了在体制变迁过程中重庆经济发展变动的情况，分析了主要的特点及原因。分析了重庆三次产业发展及结构变化情况，并通过经济增长、三次产业、工业结构变化等有关指标与全国及省际数据的比较，重庆三大经济区的发展比较，描述了重庆经济发展及工业化进程的一些特点；介绍了综合要素生产率的理论及分析方法，并用索洛余值法计算节重庆经济发展阶段的综合要素生产率，分析了综合要素生产率变动的原因，并通过与国际的比较，确立了重庆经济发展的阶段；分析了固定资产投资、所有制结构调整、对放开外及人力资本积累等因素对重庆经济增长的影响，提出了相应的对策建议；最后是本文的结语，对本文的主要论点进行了小结。
Economic growth is a main subject which is concerned by all the countries as well as regions throughout the world. Among various modern economic growth theories,the analytical method of the total factor productivity (also known as TFP),introduced by American economist Solow,is the first ever to analyze capital,labor and other elements (total factor) of economic growth,and further set up neo-classical growth model. As this theory is introduced by Solow who is a main figure of the neoclassical growth theory. Thus,it got its name as "Solow Extra Value Method ". Up till now,this "Solow Extra Value Method " is one of the most widely accepted methods of analyzing the total factor productivity.Chongqing is a inland city,and the only municipality directly under the Central Government in west China. On the other hand,it is also a perfect miniature of China"s economic development,as well as a good representative of some common features of the west China regions economic development. In addition to the strategy foot the overall development of western China,introduced and enforced by the central and local governments,Chongqing has its own target that is to develop the city into the economic center of those regions of the Yangtze River"s upper reach by the year 2020.The aim of this essay is to discuss some key factors that affect Chongqing"s economic growth,by using modern economic growth theories to analyze,with the latest economic data,Chongqing"s economic growth process,especially the period after the economic reform of China.The preface of this essay focuses on explaining the main purpose of this analysis,reviewing some temporary development of the analysis"s of both overseas and domestic economic growth. In the second chapter,the development of the economic growth theory and its main perspectives are discussed. The third chapter airs a general description of Changing"s economic growth circumstances. There,the way how Changing"s economy developed during the transformation of economic structures,is discussed. And its main features and factors are also analyzed. Specifically,analysis is made about the circumstances of Chongqing"s industrial development and its structural transformation. Comparisons are made of between those associate quotas of Chongqing"s during its economic process,three times of industrial and structural transformations;And the figures of the national average and other provinces. Comparisons are also made of thegeneral circumstances between three local economic regions.With all these analysis"s,some features of Chongqing"s economic development and industrializing process are portrayed. Then,in the forth chapter,the theory of the productivity of comprehensive elements and its analytical methods are explained. After that,the quotas of Chongqing"s during its economic development are calculated by the use of "Solow Extra Value Method ".In this way,this chapter moves on to analyze the factors to the changes of Chongqing"s quotas of the productivity of comprehensive elements. Still further,by the comparisons made between those quotas mentioned above and those international figures.Chongqing"s present stage in the theoretical economic development process is presented. Then,the fifth chapter mainly concentrated on the analysis of the effects caused by elements,such as investments in fixed assets,adjustments of ownership structures,the opening-up policy,as well as labor and capital accumulation;On Chongqing"s economic growth. And some counter measures are proposed accordingly. Finally,the sixth chapter,as the ending of the whole essay,briefly sums up all the main perspectives stated in this essay.
