镜泊湖地下电站1978年建成,由4台机组组成,装机容量60MW(4×15MW),现水轮发电机组已运行二十八年,设备陈旧且老化严重,近年来虽然对一些附属设备包括计算机监控方面等进行了技术改造,但计算机监控系统始终没有全面完善。镜泊湖发电厂地下电站虽然机组容量较小,但由于我省水电厂调峰机组较少,所以镜泊湖地下电站在黑龙江省电网尤其省东部网中占有很重要地位,现在镜泊湖地下电站已不能满足机组快速开停机并网、精确自动调整负荷的要求,也不能满足水电厂自动发电控制(AGC)的要求,随着国家电网公司“三抓一创、一强三优”目标的提出,随着“厂网分开、竞价上网”的必然趋势,今年对镜泊湖地下电站计算机监控系统进行了彻底改造,并满足了现场实际应用、达到了预期目标。 本文通过分析水电厂计算机监控系统的模式,现地控制单元以及通信系统的发展情况,结合镜泊湖地下电站的设备现状及地理结构特点,阐述了与之相适应的计算机监控系统控制模式、结构配置,电厂级采用100Mbps快速以太网,现地控制单元通过SJ-30通讯管理装置相连接,并针对LCU、上位机在监控系统及实际运行中的重要性,对LCU、上位机开停机流程图及人机界面进行了介绍。这套系统已成功应用于镜泊湖地下电站,效果较好,系统在软、硬件配置及功能上均达到了运行人员实际需求,为镜泊湖地下电站实现真正意义上的“无人值班、少人值守、梯调遥控”打下了坚实基础,提供了可靠保障。
The Jingpohu hydropower plant was built in 1978,it consists 4 generaters,the capacity is 60MW(4×15MW),the generaters have worked for 28 years,the machines are quitely old .Although many additional equipments including the Computer Supervisory and Control System has been improved ,but it has not completely finished .In spite of the capacity of Jingpohu hydropower plant is small ,but there are few plants to meet the power peak,so it plays an important role in the east of Heilongjiang Power Grid. Because the Jingpohu hydropower plant can be used to generate peak power, the operate system cannot be shut down or restarted in short intervals, they also lack the operational flexibility to adjust load, so they are unsatisfied the demand of Automatic Generation Control(AGC).With the aim of the Power Grid“Catching 3 sides and Creating 1,Strengthening 1 side and Producing 3”,it is evitable that the Power Grid and plant divided and compare the price in Grid. So we reform the computer supervisory and control system completely, the requires are satisfied. This paper analyses the development of the structure mode ,the Local Control Unit(LCU) as well as communication system ,and chooses configuration of Jingpohu hydropower plant . Plant’s network adopts rapid Ethernet with the speed of 100Mbps ,LCU was connected and managed by SJ-30 what is the serial ports communication device. Aim at the importance of LCU in the Computer Supervisory and Control System, the flow chart and person and machine′s interface be introduced in this paper .The system has been applied in Jingpohu hydropower plant ,we have gotten a good result,it has achieved the requirement in soft-hardware install and functions, it also has created the demand for the operators. It has made a strong base and reliability for“Few man being on duty and remote controlling”.
