新疆民族地区职业教育发展历史短,基础薄弱,发展缓慢,经费不足,师资短缺,教学质量偏低,成为民族职业教育发展的难点,而民族地区社会经济发展对职业教育有着巨大的需求,职业教育现状已影响着社会经济的发展。如何让民族职业教育摆脱困境,使职业教育与经济发展形成良性循环。一方面要更新民族职业教育观念,树立“终身教育”、“创业教育”理念,确立“科教兴疆”和“跨越式”发展观;另一方面必须加大民族职业教育的改革力度,坚持“大力发展职业教育”方针,调整职业教育的布局和专业结构,建立完善的初、中、高等职业教育体系,推进职业教育教学改革,使职业教育成为振兴民族经济的有力武器!本论文的基本框架如下:新疆职业教育的现状新疆经济社会发展对职业教育的需求新疆民族地区职业教育观念更新新疆民族地区职业教育改革策略借鉴发达国家发展职业教育的经验
The developing history of the professional education of Xinjiang nationality area is short.. Its foundation is weak .Its development is slow .It has inadequate expense and shortage of teachers. The quality of teaching is low . These problems make nationality professional education hard to develop . But professional education, which develops slowly, is in great demand in the development of social economy , The present situation of professional education has determined the development of social economy. How to extricate the professional education from such a difficult position and keep it in line with the development of society ? On one hand , we will renew nationality professional education idea , set “all one"s life education” and “enterprise education ”thought , define “science and education develop Xinjiang ” and “stride ”development idea . On the other hand , we must broaden the scope of the reformation of professional education , adhere to the policy “develop professional education greatly ” , adjust the arrangement and specialization structure of professional education ,set up perfect elementary 、secondary 、higher professional education system ,advance professional education teaching reformation , make professional education a powerful weapon to rejuvenate national economy .The basic frame of this thesis follows:First, on the present situation of Xinjiang professional education .Second, necessary analysis of Xinjiang nationality area’s society economy development.Third, idea refreshing of Xinjiang nationality vocational education.Fourth, reform method of Xinjiang nationality area’s vocational education .Fifth, experience study of developing vocational education in developed country .
