基础美术教育中,儿童青少年是发展中的个体,美术教育应遵循其认知、智力等心理发展的规律。有针对性地实施个性化教育。在早期儿童美术教育中,教师与儿童互动式、发现式的类似于游戏的美术教育,重在培养儿童对“美”创造的兴趣。富有想象力的造型表现,基本观察能力的培养;即顺应儿童“玩”的天性,培养儿童发散型的思维方式,又赋予教育的亲和力。因此从婴幼儿到8岁左右儿童的美术教育,应是回归“大”教育方向的个性的、多样性的教育。此后,儿童青少年在进入小学中高年级以后,由于学校体制和他们学习认知规律的变化,“正常的”线性的和序列的思维方式约束着美术教育的发展,同时丰富的大信息量的影像传媒、广告网络等视觉形式,冲击着主流绘画为主的美术教育,合理、客观地分析借鉴传媒文化的有益部分,科学地学习韩国文化立国的精髓,引导儿童青少年对视觉文化的精神情感认同过程,建立完善他们的价值观和鉴赏能力,使他们自觉地回到美术造型主体本身,深入挖掘借鉴国内外优秀视觉造型艺术的深层规律。既符合他们的学习要求,又再一次地使他们手眼脑协调发展。符合美术教育多元化特征,使美术教育在“暖性”的快乐的创造中,帮助而非要求儿童青少年成长,激发儿童青少年主动学习、处理整合各种媒介信息的能力,进而从深层次的潜意识部分培养他们的自信心和良好的心理素质。
In the basic painting education, the children are the developing individuals. The painting education should follow the law of the development of the children"s understanding and intelligence to individualize the education. In the initial stage of the children"s painting education, the interaction between the teacher and the children, and the game-like education attach importance to the training of the children"s tnterest in the sense of beauty, the creative mould-making and the basic observation. This not only conforms to the nature of the children in playing, trains the depressives mode of thinking, but also entrusts the affinity to the education. Besides, after the children enter school, the normal linear and aligning mode of thinking restrain the development of the painting education because of the system of school and the change in the law of the children"s understanding and learning. At the same time, the visual form such as the image media and the advertisement net which possess plentiful information are pounding at the old painting education which just focuses on the painting. We should rationally analyze and make use of the useful part of the media, and scientifically learn the quintessence of South Korean culture which is the base of building up the nation. We should guide the children to agree to the visual culture and perfect their values and ability to appreciate, which can make them conscientiously go back to the principal part of mould-making and dig into the profound law in the outstanding visual mould -making arts at home and abroad. This accords with the children"s requirement in learning, and makes them develop hands and eyes harmoniously, which not only tallies with the pluralistic characteristics of the painting education, but also makes the education help, not demand, the development of the children in the "warm" and happy creation, and stimulates the children to study and deal with all kinds of media information, so as to train the children"s self-confidence and good psychological quality in their subconscious ness.
