电力多种经营企业是我国电力行业的重要组成部分，已构成了我国电力工业的 “半壁江山”。它直接支持了我国电力工业体制改革的深入，而目前又成为电力体制改革的对象。鉴于电力多经企业的重要地位，我们从衢州电力多经企业的实际出发，深入研究了当前形势下电力多经企业发展战略的制定与实施等问题。 本文首先简单介绍了国内外多种经营的理论研究现状、衢州电力多种经营的形成和发展，及电力多经企业在电力行业中的重要地位与作用。然后运用战略分析方法，对衢电多经企业所面临的机会和威胁、存在的优势和劣势进行了深入地分析，并运用财务学、统计学原理，分析了衢电多经企业其中二个业务单位的财务经营状况。接着提出了衢电多经的总体发展战略，阐述了衢电实施多元化经营的领域选择、领域进入方式、衢电多经企业发展的目标体系及投资战略。为了实现战略目标，本文着力寻求衢电多经发展的战略途径，从衢电多经企业的规模扩张、品牌培育、虚拟经营、市场策略、国际化经营五个方面进行了探讨。为确保衢电多经企业发展战略的实施，本文从企业文化构成的四个层次即物质层、行为层、制度层、精神层，对衢电多经企业的资源整合、企业形象设计、组织结构设计、建立学习创新型企业及核心竞争力的培育进行了分析和探讨。 我国电力体制改革实施在即，电力多经企业将面临前所未有的机遇和挑战，希望本文能对新形势下我国电力多经企业的发展提供一些有益的战略思考。
Diversified enterprise is such an important part of China"s electric power industry that we can say it forms half of China"s electric power industry.It supported the structure reform of China"s electric power and now is a part to be reformed. With considerations to the important position of diversified enterprise in China"s electric power industry, we analyze in this paper the drafting and execution of development strategy under present situation, starting from diversified enterprise in Quzhou.First, we introduce domestic and foreign theoretical study of diversified business, the progress and development of diversified business in Quzhou and the important position of diversified enterprise in electric power industry. Then by strategic analysis method, we deeply analyze the opportunities and threats、advantages and disadvantages of Quzhou diversified enterprise. We also choose and analyze the financial status of 2 departments among Quzhou diversified enterprise. On the above basis, we propose the overall development strategy of Quzhou diversified business, state the methods of choosing and entering new business fields of Quzhou"s diversified business, suggest the goal system and investment strategy of Quzhou"s diversified business. In order to achieve the strategic goals, in this paper we discuss from 5 aspects of scale enlargement、brand advertising、simulation business、marketing strategy and international business. In order to insure the execution of development strategy of Quzhou"s diversified business, from 4 different levels of enterprise culture, i.e. material level、behavior level、regulation level and mental level, in this paper we analyze and discuss resource integration、corporate image design 、organization structure design、establishing creative enterprise and forming core competition force.With the coming of China"s electric power structure reform, electric diversified business will face opportunities and challenges. I hope this paper can put forward some good strategic consideration for the development of China"s electric diversified business under new situation.
