我国开发利用温泉历史悠久，最早可以追溯到汉朝。而温泉旅游则是近些年伴随着我国社会经济的快速发展，人们对观光娱乐、休闲度假、康疗保健、美容美体等需求增加而逐渐兴起的旅游项目。温泉旅游丰富的综合功能，能够满足人们更高层次的精神追求。因此温泉旅游从产生伊始就受到旅游消费者的青睐，迎合了现代旅游者的消费心理，其中一些温泉旅游地已经发展成为著名的旅游度假区。休闲度假旅游市场的迅速增长，为温泉旅游的发展提供了广阔的平台。但是，温泉旅游资源的脆弱性、稀缺性等特点，要求在开发温泉旅游的时候，必须遵循可持续发展的理念。然而，目前国内学者较少涉及对温泉旅游地可持续发展方面的研究，实现温泉旅游地可持续发展，成为学界及业界急需关注和解决的问题。本文正是在这种背景之下，总结前人已有成果，对我国温泉旅游地的可持续发展进行较系统的研究。 本文对温泉旅游的基础知识进行了概述，运用可持续发展理论、外部性理论、旅游学理论及利益相关者理论分析了温泉地可持续发展的理念。通过对我国温泉旅游地可持续发展的基础背景研究，从管理模式、产品开发模式、跨区域发展模式、资源环境保护模式、市场营销模式及创新模式等几方面构建了我国温泉旅游地可持续发展的模式，最后以云南安宁温泉旅游度假区为例，对我国温泉旅游地可持续发展问题进行了案例分析。 全文共包括七章： 第一章研究综述及论文选题。首先对国内外温泉旅游研究状况进行了较详细的综述，指出目前国内对温泉旅游可持续发展的研究较缺乏，进而阐述了选题目的和意义、研究思路与方法、研究的主要内容与重点。 第二章主要介绍了温泉旅游地可持续发展的相关理论。着重介绍了可持续发展理论、外部性理论、旅游学理论、利益相关者理论的基本观点以及它们对温泉旅游可持续发展的指导意义。 第三章对温泉旅游的一些基本情况进行简单的阐述，为本文的研究奠定基础。包括温泉旅游的内涵，国内外温泉旅游发展的阶段、态势，我国温泉旅游发展现状及存在的一些问题。 第四章和第五章是本文的核心部分。第四章探讨了我国温泉旅游地可持续发展的基础背景，分别从温泉地可持续发展的现状、制约因素、条件及意义等方面进行了分析；第五章探讨了温泉旅游地可持续发展的模式，首先提出了温泉旅游地的发展理念，然后从管理、产品开发、跨区域发展、资源环境保护、市场营销及创新等几方面构建了温泉旅游地可持续发展的模式。 第六章案例分析。以云南安宁温泉旅游度假区为例，对我国温泉旅游地可持续发展问题进行了案例分析。 第七章研究结论。对论文的主要内容进行总结，并指出本研究的不足之处及今后研究的方向。 本文主要在以下两方面做了一些探讨：①从可持续发展的现状、制约因素、条件及意义等方面对我国温泉旅游地可持续发展的基础背景进行了系统的分析。②以可持续发展理论、外部性理论、旅游学理论及利益相关者理论为依据，从管理、产品开发、跨区域发展、资源环境保护、市场营销及创新等几方面构建了较完整的温泉旅游地可持续发展模式。
The hot spring exploit age in china has a long history, which casts back to Han Dynasty. But the hot spring tourism springs up gradually in recent years accompanied by the rapid development of China"s society, economy and tourists" demands of entertainment, holiday, health care and beauty. The abundant synthesis function of the hot spring tourism can satisfy people higher levels spirit demand. So hot spring tourism got tourists" favors from commencement, catered to the modern tourists" consumption mentality, in which some hot spring tourism destinations have become famous tourism holiday section. The rapid increase of leisure holiday tourism market provided expansive space for the development of hot spring tourism. While, the characteristics such as frangibility and absence of hot spring tourism resources, request that we must keep to the conception of sustainable development when exploiting hot spring tourism. At present, national domestic scholars treat of rarely the research about sustainable development of hot spring tourism destinations. Realizing sustainable development of hot spring tourism destinations becomes exacting attention questions of theoretic and practices. Under this background, this paper summarizes predecessors" achievements, and researches by the numbers sustainable development of hot spring tourism destinations in our country. This paper summarizes basic knowledge about hot spring tourism, use sustainable development theory、externality theory、tourism theory and stakeholders theory to analyze sustainable development idea about hot spring tourism destinations. By the research of basic background to sustainable development of hot spring tourism destinations in our country, this paper constructs some modes about hot spring tourism destinations sustainable development from management mode、product exploitation mode、multi-region development mode、resource and environment protection mode、marketing mode and innovation mode ,and so on. The full text includes seven chapters altogether: The first chapter says the summary of hot spring tourism study and why to select the subject. It summarizes the development and the study actuality of hot spring tourism, and illuminates the basis, the significance, the study thought, the main content and the innovation of these subjects. The second chapter emphasizes the theoretical basis of hot spring tourism destinations sustainable development, including sustainable development theory、externality theory、tourism theory and stakeholders theory. The third chapter explains some basic general knowledge about hot spring tourism, which establish basis for this paper research. They include hot spring tourism connotation、development phases and situation、development actuality and some questions about China hot spring tourism. The fourth and fifth chapters are hard cores. The fourth chapter discusses basal background of our country hot spring tourism sustainable development. The fifth chapter discusses the modes of hot spring tourism destination sustainable development, which firstly brings forward sustainable development idea, then constructs hot spring tourism destination sustainable development modes from management、product exploitation、multi-region development、resource and environment protection、marketing and innovation ,and so on. The sixth chapter takes Anning hot spring tourism resources as an example, and do a demonstration research to our country hot spring tourism sustainable development. The seventh chapter sets forth the conclusions and the problems. It puts forward the main conclusions of this paper, the inadequacies of this study and the study directions in the future. Central work in the thesis: ①Discussing basal background of our country hot spring tourism sustainable development from actuality、restrict factor、condition、significance, and so on. ②According to sustainable development theory、externality theory、tourism theory and stakeholders theory, from these aspects ,such as management、product exploitation、multi-region development、resource and environment protection、marketing and innovation to construct hot spring tourism destinations sustainable development modes.
