The technology of advanced surgical microscope can make the doctor observe the precise tissue construction more clearly, and complete all kinds of the micro-surgical operation relying on the naked eye can"t operate. Now the operation microscope have already become a kind of key micro-surgery medical treatment equipments applied in the effective demand of neurosurgery, E.N.T and dental surgery ect. This thesis has studied a kind of new neurosurgery surgical operation microscope. The main results are as follows: 1. The construction of surgical operation microscope is analyzed in detail, and the total design scheme and technique parameters are put forward. 2. The zoom optical system’s principles and constructions of modern stereo-microscope design are discussed. 3. The optical system design figures in stereo- assistant microscope are given in detail. And the stereoscopic assistant"s optics mounting way are researched. 4. A type of viewing tube for the main microscope have redesigned with high-eyepoint 12.5x eyepieces and 30°~90°tiltable tube. 5. A set of new illumination system has been designed adopting the koller illumination way incorporated in the fiber optic illumination. 6. The picture processing system work station satisfies the demands of the surgeon in the conservancy of the record image, clinical image datum of the photos can be exchanged more conveniently.
